    Microsoft OneNote

    Date: Apr 09 2021

Summary: Microsoft OneNote is a handy tool for taking digital notes, organizing them, and being able to easily search through those notebooks for specific notes.

Positive: Microsoft OneNote is a great tool for organizing notes. It is extremely similar to Evernote in its capabilities.

Negative: The notes aren't easily transferred to another account. So, while I have a work Microsoft OneNote account, I am not able to access those same notes through my personal account.

Easy way to shop and also share notes for anyone

    Date: Jan 21 2021

Summary: It is a practical device that you can use at work and also in your personal life. Neve has to lose a page or risk her dog doing her homework. I am using it to produce and store conference minutes and work-related notes. OneNote is an online notepad. I love to know that you can separate information into different notebooks, pages and subpages. You can easily organize your information without the hassle of having to switch between various data and also folders. In addition, there are numerous tools and resources available to the user. You can be as outlined as you like.

Positive: I like the many features of OneNote. Makes it very easy and practical to develop notes in the workplace. You can make your notes according to the description you want and also organize them in a way that makes sense to you. In addition, you can also share your pages with others.

Negative: In fact, I have seen that the system turns off frequently, if you have used it for a long time. Besides, I never had any problems with OneNote. It is extremely good software.

Useful for taking notes at various conferences

    Date: Jan 18 2021

Summary: Easy to use and helps organize notes extremely efficiently. You can customize and have many features. We have the ability to organize and share our meeting notes in a much better and effective way. We have the ability to share research study notes with our students and to make education and learning on the Internet simpler, and can even include diagrams that are practical. Likewise, it helps our interns in researching needs and also in the application of software with the use of support attributes.

Positive: MS OneNote is very easy to use and also helps you organize your notes in one place. You can use it in business meetings to remove minutes from the meeting, organize the notes and then share with the team, the group can work together on the notes, just as individuals can add points that may have been missed or any other type information or information. We also use it as notebooks for the courses, where the instructor can share the notes for the class in a notebook that shows the entire course to read, saves a lot of effort and everything that can be really well organized.

Negative: It can be a little frustrating at first and is a little difficult to understand because of a number of features, but when you check and learn about shortcuts, it saves a lot of time and minimizes effort, as well as making notes really simple. Service queries can be a little challenging to fix if you don't find the option in the area.

Great For Organizing Classes, Especially With Teams

    Date: Oct 27 2020

Summary: I'm not a huge fan of the overall appearance of OneNote, but it's a great note taking/organizing software. It's often compared to Evernote, but I find them to be vastly different. OneNote can do so much more than Evernote can, and in my opinion, is far superior as a note taking app. You can use OneNote on your phone, a computer, or through your browser, but I find it works best on computer. I have used this to organize notes for students in two different subjects and it worked great, in conjunction with Teams, for keeping all their notes, labs, and deadlines organized for the entire group to see. I haven't used it much for personal use, but I would recommend it for teachers to give a try.

Positive: With OneNote, you can easily organize notes by categories. It works across multiple platforms, so you can use it at home or on the go. You can add text, images, charts, audio, and format and arrange everything however you like. I really like being able to move sections of information around in my notebook. It's very convenient and makes it easier to create a certain flow to the information. It can be used for anything, whether that be business, school, or personal use. You can create to do list, which is a nice feature not all note taking apps have. Each notebook can have subjections to further organize information and can be color coded. OneNote is supported across multiple platforms.

Negative: Sometimes, it can be a little slow. Formatting can be glitch, similar to issues one might encounter with Microsoft Word when doing anything but simple bullet points. You may have to fidget with it to get it exactly right, but it can be done with patience.

Great software but there are many like it

    Date: Apr 26 2020

Summary: I used OneNote primarily in conjunction with Microsoft Lens for a little bit as it was a great pair for snapping a picture of a business card and saving all of the information in a central location. Once I stopped using it for that I don't use it too much any more as I use Evernote for all of my Note taking needs.

Positive: Part of the MS Suite so if you are familiar with one, you are familiar with OneNote. Good enterprise integration. Easy to create multiple notes to keep yourself organized.

Negative: Not as feature rich as some of the other note softwares out there.

The note-taking app that syces with everything Microsoft.

    Date: Jan 07 2022

Positive: I can sync my notes on my PC and access them on my phone very quickly and easily. Creating notes with images and links is fun and works well. Best of all it syncs to OneDrive to access all your PC files on your phone.

Negative: Sometimes syncing can be slow and there are not enough sharing options like other note-taking apps.

    Crucial note taking app.

    Date: Aug 14 2021

Summary: No other note taking app has been able to replace this king. I can always carry my notes with me thanks to this app.

Positive: Syncs between devices. Works great with keyboards, styluses, and finger inputs. Many drawing options. Can add images, audio, documents.

Negative: File size can get large. There is a bug (?) on android where typing with a keyboard does not allow you to use ctrl+b, ctrl+i, ctrl+u, ctrl+arrow left or right and other common shortcuts. I can't fathom why!!
