Summary: Office 365 is brilliant. It provides all the office capabilities online in a way that one could work completely online. With the additional tools available (either in the base subscription or through higher level subscription), it advances into a very capable collaboration platform. However, while everything is now online - it also creates a dependency, specially with outages that happen infrequently.

Positive: -provides word, excel, powerpoint online with advanced capabilities
-provides a number of additional tools with it (forms, automate, etc.)
-proven to be stable, fast and reliable (even when having to reconnect)

Negative: -no effective pay-once option
-enforces everything online dependency (would be great to have fully functional offline capability!)

Summary: Overall it is best and most used software in our routine work life and has potential to carry all the required tasks well up to the mark.

Positive: Microsoft 365 is backbone of any office in today's technological world and provides almost every required tool needed to run routine business works.

Negative: The price is little high for business premium subscription.

Summary: Overall, we have had a great experience with Microsoft 365. I would highly recommend the Microsoft 365 applications to others!

Positive: Microsoft 365 has some fantastic apps to help make your life (and your team's life) much easier! We are much more productive after using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, Onedrive, and more!

Negative: There are a few kinks they are working out so that the Microsoft 365 apps sync with each other better.

Summary: Office 365 is one of the most popular office suites in the world, and we decided to use it based on that. Negative: Office 365 only offers us one hour of minutes to our Skype account, which is very little considering that we pay $ 10.50 per month for each employee we add to our management. There is not a good reciprocity between office 365 and services like google spreadsheets, which require internet to be updated.

Summary: Office 365 almost runs itself with how easy it is to manage. With the integration of our mail within Office 365 everything became easy for us to use, it's amazing how well we work with this toolset. We implemented Office 365 on our basic computers for the actual handling of email and it's a marvel. Everything has been handled more smoothly and almost nothing is complex now that Office 365 is with us along the way.

Positive: In theory this suite of programs is essential for any business. They have kept us in line since day one as the updates it presents are easy and fast. The licensing is much easier to customize and this gives us features that Office 365 does not normally show us. It has fully programmed back-end management.

Negative: We need a learning curve to scale to work in the cloud, although the tools are almost the same it is necessary to cover a mini course for its use. They could improve the online products and add to work in a better way in offline mode because if the connection drops most likely we lose all the process achieved.

Sometimes some programs lack automatic conversion capabilities and we have to drill down through a large menu of options to choose the one we need.

Negative: Sometimes Office 365 can be extremely high compared to the prices of other software. Sometimes we also find the need to edit files, but it does not allow us to save since most of the time we need internet access to be able to optimize all the changes we make. In the mobile version we do not have 100% compatibility of the applications, an update is needed to fix this.

Negative: The price is high when starting or starting a small business so I hope they are more accessible to all, some of the files lose the original format when opening it from another device, we find it difficult when the files are very heavy because Office tend to work slower.

Negative: The mobile version is not as efficient as the desktop version, the tool in some cases gives errors when working on a shared file. The software on our servers is limited because the installation is from 1 to 10 servers per user.

Positive: I love that it can bring everything in one, such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, etc. I can use both the desktop version and the mobile version using the same account so I keep everything in sync with my documents and files. It has an automatic autosave, I don't need to worry about saving anything or copying it from one unit to another since it does it automatically. I can also recover files that I did not save by mistake, this has helped me a lot on several occasions.

Negative: I can't install them on somewhat old computers, I wish there was a lite version for this Microsoft platform.

Summary: Microsoft 365 is an all in one solution for our business. We can handle everything from content collaboration, storage and comes with all MS office features making our processes easy.

Negative: Microsoft 365 is expensive and not many businesses can afford it.

Summary: Microsoft 365 allows all business activities be conducted under one roof. Furthermore, Microsoft 365 acts as a solid communication program for all the persons within and away from an organization.

Positive: Microsoft 365 helps in many operations concerning a company like management, planning, and information /file sharing. There is an online support, which offers online training, 24/7. Again, Microsoft 365 has fair and convenient terms.

Negative: Microsoft 365 requires some finances, for successful installation, and not all firms find it easy.

Summary: Overall a great experience using this product. I can access all the software it it's functions for daily use.

Positive: Easy to use, functions well, makes all of the integrations work well together. Provides updates regularly.

Negative: There's nothing that I have complaints about for this product.

Summary: Definitely, recommend. I used this for years with my previous employers. Outlook is the GOAT for emails.

Positive: I love using Microsoft 365 for business and personal. I appreciate how the programs integrate with each.

Negative: I do not like how you cannot share docs in Sharepoint with folks outside of your org.

Positive: Microsoft 365 is an essential tool for every IT businesses. It provides bundled features to use and manage from anywhere. Its office, excel, custom email, OneDrive and words are pretty useful in daily work. I liked its flexible plans, pay only what you want.

Negative: The email threat protection it offers is not very effective in my opinion.
