Timely has allowed us to know the exact moment in which our employees are working, we can know how many participants there are in a subject and we can know which employees are not working. This employee control is fantastic, I have never experienced anything like what Timely has been offering me.

This software is being used by all sectors of our real estate company in order to have total control of the activities carried out by employees, to know what web pages they visit, what they do during their working hours and also allows us to ensure that our employees do not fall in distraction.

Positive: In our current Projects software, it is not possible to measure the time our employees work or the time they spend doing various activities and assignments every day, so we have chosen to use third-party software such as Timely to be able to keep an accurate control. the time they spend doing activities. The things that I liked the most during my experience with Timely are the following:

- Automated reminders are one of the best things that Timely offers, these reminders are sent to the emails and phone numbers of the participants of a specific task or subject. Reminders are sent when a subject is added and when a subject's delivery time is about to expire. The reminder system is excellent because it allows our employees to complete their activities in the agreed time, it allows them to be more responsible and care more about their tasks.

- Timely allows me to control the budgets or expenses involved in each subject assigned to an employee. I can add and delete the elements of the expense report, in addition, when a general report of the activities carried out is made, all the generalized expenses are included, so that there is an exact accounting.

- The subjects and tasks that are being carried out can be viewed in real time from the main panel of Timely, it is possible to know how many participants there are in a subject at the exact moment, in addition, it is possible to know what percentage of completion they have in the subject, it is impressive to be able to know this information in real time.

Negative: As I mentioned previously, Timely has meant a lot to us in terms of cost control and control of the working hours of each of our employees, however, it is also important to highlight the negative things that Timely has so that they can be reinforced, optimized and that we can have a better user experience, much more complete and stable for our company, these negative things were:

- The App for iOS and Android devices does not show the progress in real time of each of the activities or subjects that are being carried out, in order to enjoy this feature it is absolutely necessary to use the version for Windows or Mac. It is excellent to be able to see the real-time progress that our employees are having from the cell phone, so we could monitor them at all times without having to be on the computer in our office.

- I can't assign a different color or theme to my Timely platform. The platform comes by default in white and purple, but I can not modify it to my liking. It would be great to be able to modify this interface, move the sections to another side, make it a much more interactive and easy to modify UI. I hope you can allow me to modify the UI in the future, that would be great.
