Summary: Overall, Melio is my favorite bill pay platform. I use it regularly and recommend it to all my clients that need an AP solution. I love that it is user friendly, cost efficient, and has a good support team to answer questions.

Positive: Melio is so user friendly! It is easy to login and review payments or vendors and find the information that I need. If I ever have a question or concern, the support team is jus t a few clicks away.

Negative: There isn't really much that I don't like to be honest. International payments confuse me a little because the address given by the vendor is not always an exact match to what comes up in the system.

Summary: Overall very good platform for small business owners with businesses registered in the United states and very affordable.

Positive: With Melio, One is able to pay even non Melio users. In addition, i love the fact that you can decide if person been paid receives direct deposit or Check.

Negative: The downside is that you can only send free payments via ACH transfers and Only USA businesses. I hope Melio expands to other Countries.

Negative: When you list the breakdown of payments to a vendor it does not show the breakdown to the receiver and it also does not let you pull up the breakdown after the payment is submitted. This would be a great improvement to the software.

Summary: I have tried different payment platform in paying my Business bills but so far Melio has shown effectiveness and reliability especially when paying vendors who doesn't accept cards Melio find ways!

Especially when paying Business Bills. You Pay business bills with bank transfers for free or pay by card, even where cards aren’t accepted also there’s no monthly fee and your vendors don’t need to sign up.

Summary: Melio has helped our company get paid faster and with fewer issues. It's been easy to add to our bills and integrates easily into our accounting system. We've been very pleased and use it as our preferred method of payment now!

Positive: It's allowed out clients to pay us from their checking accounts without an expensive service or having to write checks. We also like not having to pay the fees from credit card transactions or having to pass the extra expense to our clients.

Negative: Some of our clients have had problems getting Melio to work the first time and would prefer to pay with a credit card rather that use the tech support.

Positive: I am a bookkeeping firm and I have used Melio for both my firm as well as for my clients. It is so simple to use and provides great Approval processes. I love that my clients can use it with ease and do not need to be tech savvy to navigate the software. It is also great for Vendors as they can easily add their secure banking details for quick payments.

Negative: There are a few more features I would love to see but overall it is a great product. It would be great if Vendors could save their details for recurring payments.

Positive: Seamless transactions for my customers and easy to navigate interface. Most customers appreciate the ability to pay via ACH w/o a fee.

Negative: Have gotten a few comments about spammy vibes from out customers. Might help to make the site look a little more polished. I also had issues receiving payment via check from Melio. It got logged in the system and the check was never sent even though payment showed in full. If a client wants to pay via check, I do it outside of Melio.

Summary: Since I join Melio have never experienced any bad issues from them. Because they always make everything fantastic.

A lot of users and companies are glad to join Melio because it's really great to use and many people praise them and their support staff because they are fast in solving issues.
