Positive: Melio allow us to make fast and easy payments. With Melio, you can pay any business or individual in seconds with just an email or phone number. No more waiting around for checks or wires. Their Simple interface is a game changer. The platform is intuitive and easy to use. Best of all, their have a top notch security and encryption to protect your data. It's much more secure than paying by check.

Negative: The only negative thing I found in Melio is it Limited integrations. While it connects to popular accounting platforms like QuickBooks, it doesn't integrate with everything yet.

Summary: My overall experience with Melio has been a positive one. We have multiple locations and the approval process on each invoice being processed has been seamless.

Positive: The ease of set up and implementation on this software is outstanding. The immediate sync with Quickbooks has been a time saver.

Negative: This software was free when we started using and now is charging per transaction. I am not a fan as part of our attraction to this software was no fee.

Negative: Nothing comes to mind at the moment! Maybe would love to see further integrations with other accounting platforms.

Positive: Melio is a great product that allows businesses to utilize credit cards to pay vendors and other biz expenses that usually can’t go on a CC. They have also have auto pay feature which is very nice. The other thing I love is that it integrates into QuickBooks.

Negative: A little pricey, but on pretty standard in industry.

Summary: The best business finance software that’s ever existed. There is no competition, Melio is the best option when you need to pay bills and get paid as a business owner.

Positive: I absolutely love Melio! It’s so easy to use, there are no fees when you use ACH and super low fees when you use a credit card to handle your invoices. Melio has helped me manage my business finances like a total pro. I recommend it to everyone I know.

Negative: There’s nothing I would change about Melio, it’s amazing!

Positive: Simple design that's easy to use, the tools I need, easy to send invoices, organizes what I need financially in one place.

Negative: I loved it all! I enjoy that this has been easy to use.

Summary: Very positive. A great tool to use for my business! Some merchants will only accept certain payment methods and this allows me to budget better.

Positive: Easy set up, safe, secure and reliable. I had no issues at any point during the process and have confidence it will continue to be reliable in the future!

Negative: Was my first time using a service like this so I had to educate myself on how the process worked.

Summary: Overall Melio does exactly what I need for a very reasonable price - free for ACH payments and first 5 checks monthly are free. It integrates well with my QBO software.

Positive: Melio has a fantastic integration with QBO, allows me to run my business fully remote, has a solid approval process and pays quickly (just 3 business days for ACH).

Negative: When one of my vendors requests a paper check I need to monitor that to make sure the Melio check gets cashed. Melio doesn't notify you if a check never gets cashed.

Summary: Great system to use with options to improve bottom line. Solid customer service team as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Positive: Enjoy options of putting CC fees on clients or not. Sync to QBO is nice. Reminders are awesome. Great customer service team.

Negative: Nothing so far.... If I can think of something, I will let you know.
