    Worst service ever

    Summary: Still fighting over bogus ETL costs after 2+ years of abysmal service. Buyer beware as they were just bought out by Comcast.

    Positive: The only pro was when we stopped doing business with them.

    Negative: Poor customer service, Poor engineering dept., Poor business practices. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with in my 20+ years in IT.
