    Difficult interface with lot of problems

    Summary: I am switching to other software. This is old type of software. The customer service is poor because they sell through agents. And agents don't care about customers after they get money.

    Positive: Easily available because of big 3rd party network. It is old style software with user interface which looks like 20 years old desktop computers.

    Negative: Difficult to navigate through the software.
    Finding smallest thing is not easy. It takes a lot of time to use it.
    Simple processes are made hard.
