Positive: The main feature that I like about MailerLite is that it has a fairly complete free trial, it has a good free trial service, which is capable of allowing us to create all kinds of advertising campaigns and send them to customers and a minute of payment of some fee , this free trial lasts approximately 1 month, but it is complete and you can get a lot of use out of it. The free trial has the testing system included, this way you can test all the advertising campaigns before you send them to your clients. Another thing that I like is that it has a mobile application for iOS devices, I have installed this application on my mobile phone and its general operation is quite good, it allows me to create advertising campaigns from my phone thanks to drag and drop systems, too I can monitor the entire advertising campaign is from my mobile phone, this application is really impressive. Finally, it has an excellent automatic response system, so that they are executed depending on the client's interaction.

Negative: One of the disadvantages that I have noticed within this platform is that it has very few pre-designed templates to incorporate into the advertising campaigns that you carry out, I have bought this platform with several alternatives and I have noticed that it has very few templates for all users. Another of the negative things is that you cannot carry out a joint advertising campaign from the platform, it would be excellent if within this platform you could carry out campaigns with the support of your colleague, or you can carry out a campaign with the help of your work team, this it would further facilitate the campaign and help it to have greater participation and collaboration.

Summary: When we started using this platform to create advertising campaigns we did not feel so comfortable, it was quite complicated to adapt to the features that MailerLite was offering us, the UI was quite basic and confusing, however, with the passage of time we managed to fully adapt to MailerLite and get the most out of it, to be able to manage large-scale advertising campaigns. MailerLite focuses on offering the best expectation for the clients and receivers of each campaign, during the use we have had in our company, we have noticed the following positive characteristics:

- MailerLite has the ability to create and manage drip campaigns. With the drip system, campaigns with automated responses can be created, depending on the actions of the client with the campaign that has previously been sent. I love this feature because it allows our customers to receive immediate responses via email, and thus have a good sales procedure. This feature has allowed us to close more deals.

- It has an excellent email marketing system, providing me with a wide variety of designs for each campaign that I am going to carry out through email. In addition, MailerLite also has templates to create emails right away, without the need to do it manually.

- It has an excellent anti-spam system, so that a large number of our email campaigns reach their recipients without any type of blocking by the recipients. All emails sent from MailerLite reach their recipient.

- I love the integration system that it has with our event system, coming to work automatically when each event ends. MailerLite sends automated campaigns to all event participants, in order to attract new potential customers.

Negative: I consider that I have not had any type of problem during my experience with MailerLite, this software has exceeded my expectations and has performed excellently during its operation in my sales and marketing sector. I have never had any kind of problem during the creation, distribution or administration of advertising campaigns, I have always felt comfortable, the customer support has been really good and I have enjoyed a very good automated system to obtain clients. I hope not to have any kind of problem in the future, MailerLite is second to none.

Summary: I love the option that it gives you to schedule the emailers to my customers, giving you the opportunity to set their preferred time as well. It's been a game-changer.

Positive: I really like the fact that this is an entirely computer-operated system which is very user-friendly. I like the design of this mailer (HTML, templates, drag and drop, etc)

Negative: So far so good, there is nothing I have not liked about this. Every time I pay for the service I know I'm making the best choice.

Summary: MailerLite provides an easy to use platform that creates beautiful, professional-looking emails. However, its less generous free trial means you'll be paying right away or looking for a different platform, which is an incredible hassle.

Positive: MailerLite is by far the easiest of the newsletter providers to use. You can set up automations, create landing pages, and sort your subscribers into groups fairly easily. It also makes really beautiful emails that look polished. I say this after having tried both Mailchimp and ConvertKit.

Negative: MailerLite's free trial is less generous than other providers. It only allows you 1000 unique subscribers. As an author using a giveaway for sign ups, a lot of the people who sign up to my list end up never opening another email. Yet that dead weight still counts at MailerLite, which means it'd difficult to get a decent newsletter started on their trial.

Summary: Great product, I had been looking for a tool like MailerLite but never find one as simple to use but overall excellent.

Positive: Has all the functionality we need for our mailing campaigns and links to other applications.

Most of all is very intuitive and any one with little practice can learn to use it.

Negative: Any cons are really relevant, all basic features are in place.

Summary: MailerLite is a good tool for beginners and for more advanced users who want to share the latest news with their community.

Positive: I really like MailerLite because it is easy to use and it works perfectly with Divi which I use for my website. The price is also really good and it has almost all features I need.

Negative: I would really appreciate if there would be more than one entrance point at the automation but hopefully this feature will be added one day.

Summary: I've used a few others over the last 10 years, but MailerLite is by far the best choice for my business!

Positive: I love that MailerLite is super easy to use, and when I get stuck, they are so easy to reach and help me fix any problems I have. There are a ton of great features and automation is very easy.

Negative: Sometimes there are steps in automation that don't make sense to me, like adding extra time. But even then, support always helps me out!

Summary: Coming from Mailchimp was a delight when I arrived here with MailerLite. I imported all of my contacts with ease and there was a low learning curve. I was surprised at how quickly I could create and email a campaign. In addition, it's affordable for those just building their lists and has so many features to make your brand shine. When I switched to MailerLite, I found a new email marketing home!

Positive: Ease of use. I jumped right in and got started.

Negative: None that I can think of. Everything I've encountered to this point has been positive and just what I needed.

Summary: We like using the program. It has become one of pillars of advertising in our cultural center.
We could use some UTM options for campaign tracking, but it can be done manually, so no problem.

Positive: It's very easy to do beautiful email campaigns. It has easy to use design program, you can re-use different campaigns. Also it takes care of GDPR and everything.
Also management of different recipient groups is well implemented. And the prices are fair.

Negative: Having some email notifications before the yearly plan expires would be great.

Summary: When I have questions, I get answers in minutes.

Positive: Easy to use, reasonably priced, does everything I need and more. The support team is awesome.

Summary: Excellent . Why would I wish to write anything else! I’ve found MailerLite to be well priced, simple to use and effective.

Positive: I'm not technically trained or even very competent, but I have managed to create some great email newsletters for my small business. The support from MailerLite has been amazing - accurate and always encouraging. Love the service and the end results.

Negative: There is nothing I wish to complain about!

Summary: Their support team is helpful. Very quick, knowledgeable even at different times of the day. They also tell you the answers directly ( they do not referring you to different links as guides to read up ) so you can solve the issue at hand.

Positive: Love the simplicity of this app. Well thought out, the team at MailerLite have put much thought into what is truly essential for a mailing app at a great price point.

Was using Active Campaign and Mailchimp and Klaviyo- they feel clunky and are much pricier than what MailerLite offers, still permitting automation, and ease of use for non-coders and is very intuitive, fast and reliable.

Negative: I only wish there was a solution to link my students on Teachable through Zapier into MailerLite's Groups automatically - without much setup. But apart from that, I am really happy with the decision to move over!

Summary: I'm extremely happy and will never leave unless something terrible happens. I love MailerLite. It's the best business decision I've made in a long time.

Positive: I spent seven years slogging away with the monkey email site and I am so glad I switched to MailerLite. I am a one-person business, so I don't have time to waste navigating a system that's not intuitive. MailerLite is intuitive. Whenever I wonder if there's a certain feature, there is. And the cost can't be beat. I cut my email costs in half.

Negative: I honestly can't think of a single thing I don't like.
