Summary: Overall I love MailerLite. Sometimes it takes a little effort to learn a new advanced technique, but it has been worth it every time, and the support staff provides awesome help when you've (that's me) have forgotten what you learned from the tutorials.

Positive: You can do things with MailerLite that you would otherwise use premium services for but at a price where everybody can participate.

Service is super fast, often the minute I create a ticket, and I always get great help. The support staff will often go out of their way to overdeliver, and they are always kind and personal in their replies.

Negative: I still need clean text emails, and I hope they will soon make it possible to change the email address of the subscribers.

Summary: Brilliant experience from live chat through to the ease of making landing pages, forms and campaigns even for someone with zero experience.

Negative: None very easy to use so no issues, I've had some bugs happen but live chat are very quick to figure out why (usually it's user error and its fixed in couple of minutes).

Summary: The billing issue was annoying. But overall, ML provides a great service and is serving me extremely well. I was able to build some fairly complex workstreams without any problems.

Positive: Very intuitive, plus when I do have a problem, there's always somebody able to help me out. I was able to setup some very complex workflows that would cost me a lot more with other competitors. Deliverability has never been an issue, and I feel well-informed when there is a problem.

Negative: The billing wasn't great. I opted for an annual plan, but when I cleaned my list and dropped into a lower payment range, MailerLite was unable to adjust the annual plan. I had to pay a much higher rate than I needed for another 6 months. I'm now back on the monthly subscription model, because on the annual model, I paid way too much.

Summary: MailerLite has helped us day after day to carry out exponential monitoring of all the campaigns we send to our clients, in this way we can know what kind of impact that campaign has had and what kind of traffic we have generated. In addition, MailerLite allows us to create advertising campaigns with a unique design in the market and that has allowed us to send information in a more organized way to our clients. It should be noted that MailerLite has an excellent campaign delivery filter, which performs an automated process to prevent our campaigns from entering the Spam folder, since all our clients receive our campaigns in their main tray.

Positive: For us, the dispersion, sending and receiving of our advertising campaigns is an extremely important issue that worries us, because in this way we can capture the attention of customers and we can generate sales in less time. MailerLite has been a completely beneficial platform for us, due to its great potential for monitoring all types of campaigns, the good delivery and the good reception of each of these advertising campaigns. One of the things I like the most about MailerLite is that it provides me with a huge variety of templates, which has allowed me to give each of the campaigns we create every day a very different design, a much more creative design, with colors more outstanding and that allows us to better organize the information that each advertising campaign carries.

Negative: I am very grateful to this platform for allowing us to have a complete experience without any type of errors or failures that directly affect our development within the platform and its functionalities. Summary: MailerLite is very easy to use an email marketing platform. Its interface is pretty intuitive and flexible with campaign building. As I compare to another tool, this platform very easy and robust.

Positive: MailerLite is an amazing email marketing tool that offers great customization and landing page builder. Its interface is very user friendly. The automation of emails is pretty much the same as compared to SendX.

Negative: Segmentation is not very practical on this tool.

Summary: We are using MailerLite to improve sales and collect leads from our users. The best aspect I liked was the segmentation campaign. Its free forever plan is effective and the best for small scale users.

Positive: Segment campaigns functionality that can be created using it's user intelligence data.

Summary: It's an excellent email marketing platform. Overall I use MailerLite to build a marketing campaign. It provides amazing customization to make my own email designs. It helps to increases the engagement and conversion rate.

Positive: Pre-built templates make it very easy to make email designs. It offers import and export of subscriber lists which help to migrate easily from the other tool. The campaign report is excellent.

Negative: It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons.

Summary: MailerLite has been a software that has had an excellent performance within the real estate company, mainly because we constantly use this platform to design campaigns about property letters and to be able to maximize the number of clients that we obtain who are interested in the properties that we offer, we consider that This platform is key to developing a correct system of advertising campaigns, I have loved the great design that each campaign that I have developed has had, this platform has provided me with a large number of templates with excellent design which helps my campaign to be much more more attractive, I consider that the experience obtained within this platform has been incredible, I really liked the fact of being able to design campaigns in a simple way with the drag and drop system. I also believe that this platform should make improvements to the high costs that it has in each of its plans, they should also improve the application for mobile devices, since currently it only allows viewing reports or viewing the progress of each campaign but does not allow creating campaigns from zero, this application needs to be used as soon as possible.

Positive: MailerLite has been a very important platform for our company mainly because it has helped us obtain a large number of clients thanks to the advertising we have done in the advertising campaign. In addition, I also liked the ease with which I can send a campaign simultaneously on my social networks and at the same time send them by email, every time I am going to send an advertising campaign I only have to select the social networks and if I want to send it by email, it will be sent immediately to all registered contacts.

Negative: MailerLite is an amazing platform to optimize ad campaign management service and also allows to manage all the sales or negotiations with leads, however, one of the main problems within this platform is that it is quite expensive, each of the plans that they offer are quite expensive, therefore, I do not recommend that this platform be used in small companies, since this will cause it to take a long time to obtain benefits or return on investment due to its high costs, I consider that this platform can only be used in medium or large companies, to maximize the profits corresponding to each advertising campaign. The second negative thing that I did not give you about this platform is that it does not have any email bounce system, it is very necessary that this system be implemented in order to know exactly if the client has correctly received the advertising campaign or if the filter of sending mail to bounced in this sent campaign, I consider that this function is very necessary so that we know exactly how many clients have received each campaign correctly. The last negative thing about this platform is regarding a specific feature of the application for mobile phones, currently this application only allows you to view the reports or the performance of each sent campaign in real time, you can also send campaigns that are ready through that platform, however, it is not possible to create new campaigns within it, you cannot design a campaign from scratch within this application, the only way to do it is through the desktop version or the web version.

I also love the way in which this system allows me to automatically generate reports of the audience that we have captured for each advertising campaign, if it is true that, as I mentioned previously, it is not possible to monitor the audience captured from our social networks, it is not It is possible to visualize how many audiences we have captured from platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, however, knowing exactly how much audience we have captured in general is very important to us. During my experience with this email marketing platform, I have liked several features, the most outstanding positive features were the following:

- MailerLite It has a diversification when creating advertising campaigns, which is the alternative of creating campaigns through the drag and drop editor, to customize campaigns in just a few minutes, and send them to your recipients. You can also create text messaging campaigns, this campaign is a bit easier to create and can be completed in just a few minutes. And the third way to create advertising campaigns within this platform is through the HTML editor, thanks to this editor you can create much more advanced campaigns, with a much more professional configuration and with a much more complete integration, HTML campaigns are really good and better than drag and drop campaigns.

- I love the way in which I can monetize each of the objects that I implement in each advertising campaign, I can add specific objects to each campaign and be able to sell them within it, I love the way in which I can integrate this platform with others trading platforms, We are a company specialized in selling properties and renting them, so linking a trading platform to our campaign service is fully functional and beneficial for all of us, as it helps to receive payments within the campaign without any problem and without using any external program.

- I love the way I can send targeted campaigns and generalized campaigns, thanks to this system I can send campaigns for each subscriber, it also allows me to use tagging and personalization functions that deliver relevant content for each specific subscriber. Targeted campaigns within this platform also allow me to schedule a campaign for a specific time zone, this scheduled campaign allows me to automate sending them to recipients.

-I love the auto-response mode that the MailerLite system has, within this platform I can configure automated responses that are sent depending on the action taken by the client within the campaign, create advanced marketing workflows within this platform It is quite simple and it helps to automate between the client and the campaign, I can configure the automated sending of emails depending on the client's interaction.

Negative: Within our experience with this e-mail marketing system, we have had great positive factors which have allowed this experience to be much more complete every day, however it is also important to mention that there have been several negative factors that have limited a little our experience, and cause us to be unable to enjoy some specific features. One of the main negative things that this platform does not accept you were the following:

- Within this platform, it is currently only possible to create advertising campaigns for emails and text messages, however it is not possible to create surveys. We have previously enjoyed various platforms that have allowed us to create campaigns and surveys within the same panel, but within MailerLite this is not currently possible. I would love for this platform to be multipurpose. This would help us to get a much more exponential benefit, designing surveys within each advertising campaign to question the recipients of the same and to be able to know exactly what experiences they have had completing the previously sent campaign. . It is important to us that the poll creation function is implemented as soon as possible.

- Currently, it is not possible to import content from another platform into this advertising campaign system, as I mentioned previously, we have previously used other e-mail marketing platforms, where we have various default designs for campaigns, those designs have not been able to be used within this platform since it does not allow exporting or importing designs or information from another place. It is important for us that this e-mail marketing system can import and export information from other media, thus helping this campaign to be created more easily.

- There is no way to measure the traffic generated by each campaign within our social networks. On several occasions we send campaigns through this medium through our social networks, but within this platform it is not possible to visualize the progress and the audience that we have obtained through that publication on social networks, it would be excellent to be able to measure that traffic from social networks since This information is very important to us.

Summary: Overall, I really like MailerLite, mainly for it's great UI/UX interface. It's fast, simple, and easy to deploy.

Positive: MailerLite has a clean and easy to access user interface, really good for email marketing newbies. It also has great automation.

Negative: Lack of really in-depth customizable features like complex automation (like you'd see in HubSpot). I don't really care for "segments" feature, I haven't really found that much of a use for it.

Summary: Good purchase - the added features make it a good buy.

Positive: Templates for building email newsletters and the option to automatically upload subscribers to the list.

Negative: As a completely non-logical person, the automation functions just confuses me - it would be great to have someone on hand to check the logic sometimes!

Summary: I have used another similar program for a different group. I didn't choose that one. When I could make a choice, this is the one I chose, for the reasons mentioned above.

Positive: - easy to learn

- basic tools get the job done
- reports are very useful
- pricing was very reasonable
- GDPR compliance

Negative: I would have liked more options for the "unsubscribe" page, but there has been a re-design of that which I have yet to try.

Summary: Some things can be improved, but it's a REALLY good mailing option and I strongly recommend MailerLite.

Positive: It's very easy to use, almost intuitive. You can make great email designs without much expertise, elaborate forms, pop-ups and automation like a professional and analyse data they provide even if you are just a humble entrepreneur like me.

Negative: It can be a little bit bothering to deal with some limitations in Automation and I think some options could be more clear or well presented, like the preheader one. They even say at their help page that most users don't even use preheader, but isn't it they own fault when not making this option more clear to the users?

Summary: I came from Mailchimp and it's night and day. Mailchimp is confusing and has a terrible UI. MailerLite is quite straightforward. Customer Service (a very big factor for me) is fast (ie: responding within seconds or a minute or two) and they offer a solution every time.

Positive: Customer service is fast and knowledgeable , workflows are pretty clear, groups and segments are also good.

Negative: Some features could be clearer/improved and more features would be nice. Such as ability to save custom blocks, move users into group w/o activating workflow, etc.
