    Summary: Overall it's an easy tool but I feel like it's expensive for what they offer as for contact limits and features.

    Positive: It's a decent program that you can send emails and SMS to your customers. Plans are mid price compared to others.

    Negative: Plans are kind of high for what they offer for features.
