MailMergic Description

MailMergic (formerly PDF Mail Merger) turns a spreadsheet into one personalized document per row and can email each one to its recipient. It runs in the browser on any operating system, with an offline desktop app for Windows 10/11 and macOS.

Templates: fillable PDF forms (existing fields are filled), flat PDFs with text placed anywhere on the page, Word (.docx) with merge fields and conditional IF fields, Excel (.xlsx) and images. Data comes from Excel, CSV or Google Sheets. Output is PDF, Word, Excel, PNG or JPG, as one file per row or one combined PDF.

Typical jobs: certificates of completion, address labels and name badges, year-end donation receipts, invoices, letters, contracts and tax forms such as 1095-C, often thousands of rows in one run.

Per-row details include dynamic images and logos, barcodes and QR codes, custom fonts, a unique PDF password per recipient and digital signatures.

Before you generate, an AI data check flags typos, inconsistent values and broken date or number formats, with a one-click fix for each. A live preview shows any row as a finished document.

Each document can go out as a personalized email attachment from your own Gmail or Google Workspace account, a verified sender address, or your own SMTP server. Delivery, bounce, open and click events are tracked per recipient, and bounced emails can be resent.
