    Summary: Overall, don't waste your time or money on this software. Go find something else more reliable for your business.

    Positive: Such a waste of software resources. It's very outdated and is hard to use and set up no matter your business.

    Summary: Mindbody is a powerful program. I would like to say that it has helped make our business easier to grow but I can't make this conclusion at this stage. In an overgrowing world of tech sometimes it feels like it would be easier to take get a physical form signed at the counter and tap the credit card to enter the studio

    Positive: Mindbody has some really great features. You can track attendance, connect to external apps for booking, track revenue, link to emails, marketing and other campaigns. These are all great features. Setting pricing is seamless and allowing for clients to book in and sign up for memberships using that pricing is also seamless.

    Negative: Because the system is built for so many styles of fitness businesses it offers too many options. The system can be heavy for a small fitness studio. It would be better if the system came pre setup with ideal functionality for your studio.

    Works pretty well but could be better

    Summary: I've used it to track classes and communicate with clients. It's ok, but has occasional random glitches, and most stuff needs to be done through the website instead of the app (which isn't practical).

    Positive: I wish the app had way more features. Most functions are only accessible through a desktop computer, which is fairly impractical.

    Negative: I wish the app was more similar to the desktop site, and had more features.
