Summary: Good things! Don't plan to leave them ever. I'm not lying when I said I've tried multiple software companies. This one can not be beat.
Positive: Customer Service is extremely helpful ALL the time for me. Larry is also top notch at answering after hours and adapting to all of my request. If their system doesn't have something you need, their team will certainly try to build it on the backend or help you adjust to make it work. I have worked with several gym software providers and have not found anyone as good.
Their... Texting / auto bill / 24hr door operation / price / etc. . . . Simply can not be beat.Negative: Took a little adjusting getting out 24hr door operating initially but that's to be expected with any company or move.

Summary: I run a highly successful fitness facility in Duluth MN, and ShapeNet played a big role in helping me achieve that. ShapeNet helps you manage just about everything which streamlined my operations into one place. I can't imagine running my gym without it!
Positive: ShapeNet is a highly customizable software than can manage just about every component of your gym. You can integrate it with a variety of other systems such as a POS, door systems, etc. It's your one stop shop for running a gym. There was a steep learning curve, but that is to be expected as there are many specific fields and nuances that must be touched on when running a business. However, after just a couple months I more or less became a master!
Additionally, some of the best customer service I have ever received. If I have an issue, they fix it. Shout out to Cathy and Veronica!Negative: The app, email system, and design overall feel pretty dated, however I have no modern alternative to compare it to. I wish it presented a bit cleaner and modern feeling. Additionally, I wish it was more customizable so that the emails being sent from ShapeNet look more consistent with the branding and quality of my gym. I'm sure they will address this down the road.

Summary: Excellent software to help manage overall operations. Highly recommended for small to large fitness clubs.
Positive: We've been using ShapeNet software for our fitness business operations for the past seventeen years. Since we started, it's been the cornerstone of our operations and has significantly improved our efficiency and overall client management.
We use ShapeNet to manage client interactions (SMS, email, etc), scheduling, and billing processes. It allows us to schedule appointments, track trainer productivity and run robust reports. This in turn has helped us improve our personal training staff's productivity and customer retention rates.
The customer support team at ShapeNet is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or technical issues we encounter. We would highly recommend ShapeNet to any fitness club looking to streamline their operations.Negative: None currently. If there is a system issue, customer service responds quickly. They are some of the best customer service representatives we've ever worked with. It's worth it for that alone.

Summary: We have been able to scale our business and do everything we require from a central dashboard. The customer support team is top notch and respond to any questions/issues immediately!
Positive: Easy to implement and efficient. With our business growing over the past 9 years we needed to find a software that allowed us to cater to all our business needs.
Negative: There isn't anything negative I can say about ShapeNet and their products.

Summary: We have been using this system since 2019 and overall very easy to navigate and work with. Very rarely any downtime.
Positive: We don't use Shapenet for any billing so they worked with us by customizing the system to work in a way we need it to.
Negative: We have had a few problems with the mobile app being updated and then not working correctly with members registering for classes.

ShapeNet has helped my business! Date: Jul 17 2024
Summary: I have used ShapeNet for my business since 2016! It has helped me save time and grow my business over the years. The staff is still the same and that has been huge for me. The customer service team knows me and knows my product. I started using their auto features a few years ago and it changed my life. I now no longer have to manually bill my clients and we have set up auto texting and emails that really have helped communication with members. I also use the reports on a daily basis. As the owner, I need financial information immediately and ShapeNet allows me to compare to last month, last year, and create custom reports. I highly recommend this software to other gym/studio owners!
Positive: Easy to learn.
Staff is super responsive.
Improvements made every year.
Reporting is excellent.
Automatic functions have saved me time.Negative: Occasional Bugs, but I realize this is with any software.
