Positive experience overall, but StubHub challenges Date: Aug 07 2025
Summary: Overall I am pleased with Lysted and despite the StubHub issue, I will continue to work with Lysted.
Positive: I have had an overall positive experience with Lysted, with many of my tickets selling them various platforms without having to go through the burden of listing on the kitchen and removing each listing once it sells on another platform. The auto fulfillment and customer service reps on the chat are great.
Negative: Tiickets typically do not end up on StubHub and customer service directions and instructions unfortunately do not work. This is a known problem and prevents successful sales on StubHub.

a user friendly platform great for beginers Date: Aug 07 2025
Summary: All in all Lysted is a wonderful platform for people who are in the business of selling tickets weather you have a handful of tickets you need to off load, a season ticket owner, a ticket broker, venue owner, or event coordinator.
Positive: I love the features that take ticket selling from being a full time always changing job to a passive source of income, if you have the right inventory that is.
Negative: I was not a fan of the fact that you cant easily see how much your going to be paid out in full or when exactly each ticket sale will be paid out. It would be greatly helpful to know what is coming and when without hiring a CPA.

Lysted Review Date: Aug 07 2025
Summary: Better than any alternative out there but could definitely use some work for listing the events. Payouts are also a little bit frustrating.
Positive: Lists on every website, active support, easy to use, and a good dashboard. Very comfortable from a UI perspective
Negative: Sometimes provides an uncomfortable listing experience. Does not list automatically on every site even if registered. Sometimes listing just does not show up

feel the pricing team could use better judgement on sports teams and not just push out a full season of tickets at the top of markets. -

Its alright Edited: Aug 12 2025
Summary: It works if your selling multiple tickets at the same time and on multiple sites. But for someone who does it not very frequently, I think you can just use stubhub
Positive: Although I am not really a fan of the interface and how you can't add payment methods beforehand. I will say it does get the job done and the support is great.
Negative: Can't add payment method before hand, and interface is quite limited.

Generally good Date: Aug 08 2025
Summary: Fine. If they made a genuine effort to support us against the exchanges, I'd be happier. They seem more loyal to them than to us. This is a VERY prevalent feeling against brokers I've spoken to.
Positive: The tech and UI are really great, and the seemless connection to TM and barcode upload is really easy to use.
Negative: An order dropping is so world-ending with Lysted that the few busted orders have outweighed the bulk of my profits. They seem to exert no effort in mitigating any loss, and their loss mitigation team is an oxymoron. They literally seem to make an effort to spend the most money buying replacement tickets. I've had a couple of instances where I found much cheaper tickets than the ones they charged for, and appeasing or complaining is a lost cause with them. They couldn't care less.

Borderline Criminal / Avoid Edited: Aug 13 2025
Summary: Traumatic. Still waiting to get a sizeable amount that is owed to me from ticket sales for events that happened months ago.
Positive: Any benefits have been far outweighed by the negatives in dealing with their support team. Lower fees vs. competition, but irrelevant if they never pay you.
Negative: Communication is horrible, and no one you interact seems to have a clue about whats going on.

False advertising Date: Apr 23 2025
Summary: Absolute BS; the bottom line is that I did not sign up in order to take a new computer class and get into the crypto business, and literally buy a new browser to work with their system. Run!
Positive: Tickets sold fast but my experience with them has been a nightmare.
Negative: False advertising. I tried to sell my Ticketmaster tickets, and they sold right away. Lysted had the event connected on their website to Ticketmaster, and they claim they 'partner' with Ticketmaster. After the tickets are sold and I attempt to transfer the tickets, Ticketmaster says these tickets cannot be sold or even transferred. Then Lysted sends me elaborate articles on how to do a 'workaround' Ticketmaster's system, which literally involves signing up with another service (SMP), buying crypto, and funding SMP with $100 worth of crypto to pay their $1.25 fee. Now, SMP appears to not support Chrome, so you literally need to buy an expensive other browser in order to transfer the tickets through this workaround.
