    Negative: Sometimes if things go wrong you guys are quick to blame the seller but don't investigate the actual problem. I've had a couple issues where i've been blamed and wasn't at fault. However, they've luckily all been resolved.

    Summary: Everything besides the cancelled sale was amazing, best service i have ever used. Im still waiting on my first payment but that is expected.

    Positive: The best customer support i have ever received from any exchange. No more waiting on hold or for emails. They have a chat service that actually gets issues resolved.

    Negative: I'm currently dealing with a cancelled sale that happened a day before a event, I have had no real information on why it happened and i'm very concerned.

    Summary: I observe others occasionally jump around to different consignment programs, and some seem to work for them, and different folks have specific desires or are experts and their niche may require this, but in my view, for the majority Lysted answers the call for entry level and experienced brokers alike.

    Positive: In the ever changing world of ticket flipping, brokers, would be competitors, legal issues, misinformation, et al., Lysted works diligently to keep abreast in this market. This includes their training, videos, articles, and support via AI and human.
    Overall their process is reasonably easy and creative. The results speak for themselves, if you test them out and give enough time to properly evaluate. This career choice takes time to learn and Lysted is a great pathway to do this.

    Negative: I always want my concerns responded to and solved in minutes, but patience is worth the wait and almost every problem I have had has been mutually fixed.

    Summary: Overall depending on what your needs are if your in a close crunch to show time then being able to get it out there to multiple platforms is really beneficial

    Positive: What I like is that they put out the ticket to all the major 3rd party vendors for you for example I was only able to resale my ticket through AXS because it was a few hours before the show I put it on Lysted and they were able to sale it through a vendor who turned me down because it was to close to the show but I was quick on my part and courteous and buyer got there ticket with speed and efficiency from both sides awesome

    Negative: The only thing I don't care for is the wait is longer for payout because your waiting essentially to get paid from the reseller and Lysted to pay you but it would not have happened if it was not for Lysted so I have had two great experiences

    Summary: Good product that streamlines selling tickets. Helps to make money easily because of the automatic fulfilling but the long wait time to be paid and the useless staff needs to be addressed.

    Positive: I love the automatic fulfill feature when you link accounts. It saves time. It helps with making all your tickets visible in one location. Shows how much inventory you have and how much sales you have. It also shows profit and loss, and total revenue.

    Negative: I don’t like how sometimes the listings don’t show on certain websites. Also the staff that is supposed to help is sometimes unresponsive or useless. A thing that one staff might say might contradict something another staff said. It confuses the user and also wastes a lot of time. Also the payout takes a long time.
