Summary: Overall aside from a few issues, it probably is the best platform for listing your tickets. I really cannot name another platform as great as this one.

Positive: Ease of use, great pricing structure, good customer support. Everything is just pretty straightforward.

Negative: They don't really work with you when there are issues with sales. I have a 5k sale that got denied on entry and has been a year and still have not gotten back to me.

Summary: My overall experience is fantastic! I don’t have to eat my tickets anymore making significantly more revenue since starting with Lysted

Positive: In the past, I used to sell my tickets on one platform, but Lysted lists my tickets on several platforms and I have increased sales exponentially

Negative: Sometimes it’s unclear to me if my tickets are listed on every platform because when I go to look for them on the platforms, they are not always there

Negative: Support can be lack luster at times for important issues but they always make it right in the end

Summary: Highly recommend this to anyone selling tickets so you don't have to worry about a double sale penalty or anything like that.

Positive: A stress free way to get tickets listed and sold across many second hand sites. You don't have to worry about double selling penalties.

Negative: If I had to list one it would be the commission taken out on a sale is high in the beginning but the more you sell the the more taken out goes down.

Summary: Overall i'm happy with 90 percent of the product the only thing that may cause me to leave is the wait for payment. Seems to long and some payments I have to call and email for status, like the order is dormant for some reason.

Positive: Lysted is easy to use, list and deliver your tickets.
easy to use interface, you can update your cost of tickets at anytime which is a plus.
also it sends your tickets to all marketplaces and the fees are less than what I pay when I was on skybox.

Negative: Payments take longer than expected. Also the support is not the best all ai driven and it takes a while to get to a real person.

Summary: I am new to reselling tickets. I started about 3 weeks ago. Lysted makes it much easier to resell my tickets and the experience has been great.

Positive: The training videos are great. I had an issue and question but was able to contact customer service very easily. great customer service.

Negative: Would like to see a link to Ticketmaster next to Vivid and StubHub.

Summary: Overall, I continue to use this website because of how easy it is to sell my tickets and I end up making more money than ever because it broadcasts my tickets to all websites. I recommend this to all my friends who deal with tickets and they all seem to love it too!

Positive: I love this website so much! Everything from the interface to the functionality is excellent. It broadcasts to all 2nd hand resell sites which is amazing!

Negative: The only thing I don't like is how the price doesn't reflect exactly on StubHub, its like 10% above the Lysted price. This makes it hard to identify my listing on there and adjust prices accordingly

Summary: This product makes it pretty easy to get into ticket sales. I don’t think I would have the time to do this as a side gig without Lysted.

Negative: I have had a few issues with tickets being pulled into my account for the wrong show time when an artist has multiple shows the same day.

Positive: Lysted makes it extremely easy to manage multi-platform ticket listings across marketplaces like StubHub, Vivid Seats, and SeatGeek. The auto-syncing of inventory, real-time listing updates, and built-in price adjustment tools help me scale my resale business efficiently. The payout tracking, transaction history, and linked bank account options are all solid, and I appreciate the mobile-friendly design and speed.

Negative: Dispute resolution also seems more seller-risk-heavy than fair. I’d like more transparency and quicker responses, especially with high-stakes sales on the line.

Positive: Been using Lysted for a while now and overall a great platform. Great way to sell quicks with easy navigation on the site and easy to get paid as well.

Negative: support isn't the best but good most of the time. wish we were able to sell EU events. For example having viagogo would be awesome

Negative: Sometimes i get sent a bunch of reminders to fulfill tickets when the show isn't for a long time.

Positive: I like the new APIs that the NFL has made it possible for services like Lysted to help efficiently post tickets and sell on multiple platforms. It's very cool indeed and makes things so much simpler.

Negative: Parking barcodes must be manually pasted. That's ok.
