    Summary: Customer support is great. They've been quick to respond to help issues, even though I am a low volume customer. Would like to see a bit more improvement on the UI, and clearer indications of what all the options do, but they do have an extensive knowledge base covering the site.

    Positive: Fulfillment automation, although daunting when setting up, was fairly straightforward. I generally haven't had an issue with it.

    The markup is fair for getting the tickets posted on all marketplaces without the potential for overlapping sales.

    Negative: Will not directly import my tickets. If I want an import I need to manually contact support. Probably more on third party than Lysted themselves.

    Not quite easy to monitor pricing per site, you need to go to the downstream systems to really understand what your tickets are priced at.

    Positive: Have been able to sell numerous tickets, mostly last min. Since it posts to multiple sites on my behalf, it’s reduced the stress involved with reselling for shows I can no longer attend.

    Negative: Service fees and profit cuts can vary from what platform sold the ticket, some have been very small while other cuts were very large ($100+). Support appears to be non existent? Had to google search an email in order to reach out, no chat feature appeared that was listed multiple times (across multiple devices and browsers).

    Summary: Overall excellent use. The ability to have the seats listed on all exchanges is a game changer. Not worrying about transfering also good.

    Summary: Overall great place to sell, with good software and good customer service, In general couple things can improve but in general very good place to sell tickets.

    Positive: The platform is easy to use, I like the automations available like auto listing and fulfilment. the automatic pricing tool I like, the staff is friendly and willing to help. Communication is constant on sales and issues. The B2B market place is great.

    Negative: cancelled orders for no clear reason, hard to sell parking. I believe parking should easier to map and also automate. Fulfillment is not always smooth, the fulfilment team miss direction on ticket and penalties get charged because of this issues.

    Summary: Great experience but definitely could use some changes to make things more seamless and easier. The biggest change I believe is needed is when tickets aren't listing, making it so I the person listing does not have to worry about it. When selling tickets at high volume, it can be very difficult to check if my listing is even there.

    Positive: I like how easy it is to list tickets on all platforms. Really appreciate that I can look at stub hub and vivid quickly to compare prices.

    Negative: Can be a very annoying and confusing to deal with when some tickets aren't listing. In the past, you could contact support, and they would tell you how to fix it. Now they make you fix it. Can be extremely tedious if I have to input internal notes when a lot of tickets aren't listing. Also its great we have stubhub and vivid to compare prices. Why not have other channels such as seat geek there as well.
