Easy Scalable tool Edited: Apr 14 2022
Summary: Overall, with my limited exposure to the tool I am very happy with it and was exactly what my team was looking for. A simple, scalable tool to help us build organization charts that we can add notes/information into.
Positive: The ability to scale is fantastic and the tool is a lot easier to use than its competitors. It took a few minutes to understand how to using the basic functionalities.
Negative: When you first start with the platform it may be slightly overwhelming to some users with all of the functionalities. A quick 3-4 minute video that gives a baseline understanding of the tool would be great. I'm aware they have a lot of training videos, but maybe having a mandatory initial one vs the 6 or 7 hints/tips would be more useful.

Another minor critique is when you're an actual cell/box, the only way to exit the view and start using shapes and other tools is by clicking ESQ which is hard to tell since it's highlighted in grey.
