    You can find better software for less $

    Summary: Given the price, there are better softwares out there like Booking Koala. It has more features and more customisability, for a lower price. And the features promised actually work.

    Positive: Some good features but other softwares offer the same features with more customisability and better customer support.

    Negative: I paid for a year in advance (with no discount given to me for giving them my money up front). I've been let down by the software and have finally decided to move to Booking Koala instead. I am enjoying Booking Koala, it has more features and is cheaper than the L27 plan I was on. Long story short, I exited 2 months before the end of the year and they refuse to refund the unused months (even if no discount was given for paying a year in advance). I've never experienced this level of inflexibility with any software company. I think it's rude and poor customer service. It's the final nail in the coffin for me. Many L27 features never worked like auto-scheduling, not having a waiting list, geolocation, buggy mobile app. etc.
