Knockri is a behavioural skill assessment that helps improve diversity without affecting work performance or hiring efficiency. Systemic bias has been allowed to persist in hiring because of weak selection compliance. This makes it difficult for DEI initiatives to compensate, or allow selection ratios slip to reduce the negative impact. Systemic bias is eliminated completely when determining skill by objectively evaluating content in a structured interview transcript. Our algorithms only evaluate the content of a transcript.
