    Summary: Great dashboard to share with the management. The sentiment score is now a must for our team.
    Good support from Keatext. I love the tool and the way you can deep dive into the analysis with the different modules.

    Positive: How quickly you get your analysis. No need to integrate anything. It took seriously 15 minutes to add everything in place to start the analysis.

    Negative: Nothing really so far the best tool I've tried for support tickets and reviews analysis.
