Summary: Great dashboard to share with the management. The sentiment score is now a must for our team.
Good support from Keatext. I love the tool and the way you can deep dive into the analysis with the different modules.Positive: How quickly you get your analysis. No need to integrate anything. It took seriously 15 minutes to add everything in place to start the analysis.
Negative: Nothing really so far the best tool I've tried for support tickets and reviews analysis.

Summary: Impressed with the ease of use and how fast it was to get started/get helpful insights!
Positive: It was simple to get started and it is very intuitive and easy to share. We were able to spot lots of unanticipated insights, particularly with our customer surveys.
Negative: A little tricky to navigate back to previous report at first.
