Summary: This platform use Bi polar scale to calculate the behavioral score of the employees. Suggest corrective measure to improve. Sync with calendar provides events specific and timely. Digital badge makes it more fruitful. For better understanding push notifications is there. The best part is its customisable behaviour function makes it more interesting. Moreover they have dedicated customer service.
