An employee can request a rating from a supervisor, peer or client. It takes only a few minutes to submit an online feedback request, and just a few moments to provide the requested rating. Skillrater feedback comes in the form simple one-to five ratings on daily activities and skills. Supervisors identify the skills required to excel at particular activities and these skills become the criteria for the numeric ratings.
