Summary: Excellent customer service and training allows us to continually add features and update/improve our workflow.

Positive: The flexibility in creating custom portfolio boards that align with our workflow. They give our team access to updates/improvements in our process and provide senior management with transparency into our progress.

Negative: Inability to print images of portfolios prevents us for more ability to share with non-users in the firm.

Summary: So far, the adoption couldn't go any better. We have adopted the tool since June and experiment many layouts which was great to enable visualization and different types of work. It's easy to adapt, against other tools in the market (Trello, Jira) and the metric side of stuff helps to make better decisions.

Positive: - A board customizable tool that can easily adapt to many different contexts
- Visualization by different layers
- Helpful automated metrics that enable better decision making
- Great to facilitate remote exercises that require a tool board

Negative: Little details and integrations with other softwares. As it is, it is helpful, however, crucial connections could improve the tool a lot: integration with Google Calendar, for example.

Summary: Working with the product is easy, the templates provided give you a great boost to kick start conversations and start working as soon as you need.
Support is great, available and focused on the client.

Positive: Being able to create a virtual kanban board in any way I want without having to compromise and adapt to the technology. The Kanban board I create on a whiteboard with my team will be the same.
Kanban metrics. I do not have to adapt the reading of information using other available graphs or use plug-ins to have my kanban metrics that will improve my team's work.

Negative: The design was something that I had to adapt my eyes to. I was used to seeing and working with colored fonts and panels coming from all over the place and suddenly I saw a clean canvas to work with. At first, I did find it strange but after a while I got used to it and it's more pleasant to work with since my focus is on the information and not clicking the right panels to see information.

Summary: Using Kanban Zone for managing my personal ADHD challenges has been a transformative experience. The visual nature of the tool has helped me break down complex tasks into manageable steps, reducing overwhelm. Creating customized boards tailored to my needs allows me to prioritize tasks effectively and track their progress effortlessly. The ability to collaborate with family members and friends on shared boards has improved communication and accountability. While there was a brief learning curve, the user-friendly interface quickly became second nature. In terms of managing my ADHD symptoms, Kanban Zone has been a game-changer, providing structure and organization that align perfectly with my needs.

Negative: Limited Color Options: The available color palette for labels and categories might not fully match your preferences, although this doesn't impact functionality.

Slight Learning Curve: While the interface is generally intuitive, there might be a slight learning curve for users who are new to the concept of Kanban boards

Summary: This solution is much more flexible and customizable than most we have seen or tested. Great tool! Thanks.

Positive: - It has helped us organize all our projects and our teams to better collaborate
- We are much more efficient in our weekly meetings and it has helped us to better communicate
- “Visualizing” our work and tasks, seeing our projects advance has encouraged us to realize them quicker and is a source of motivation for the team
- It has also helped us put in place a structure forcing us to better think about our projects upstream and build better requirements
- We have a much better sense of our capacity to manage and deliver projects

Negative: - Not much...
- It has a lot of "bells and whistles" that are not that intuitive

Summary: This is an exciting new addition to the Kanban software tool space. Kanban Zone is distinguished in its ease of use and its support for non-IT usages. The team at Kanban Zone is top notch and they keep on improving at a fast clip. Highly recommended!

Positive: Kanban Zone is extremely intuitive and easy to use, and has incredibly responsive support. There are a couple of features that I am especially excited about-- the "mirror" feature is a powerful way to have child-parent board linkages or to show what another team is doing.
The non-workflow column feature is really amazing-- you can use it to put things on your board like "top bets" or "recent wins" or key competitor info. The choices are limitless since it enables you to annotate your board. We do this kind of thing all the time with physical boards, but until now we never could do this in a software kanban tool. In essence what is happening here is the beginning of a merger between an open-ended tool like Mural but with all the power of a fully featured Kanban tool. I predict this will become commonplace in the next 5 years but right now Kanban Zone is the *only* vendor that gets it. And they are continuing to implement features at a very fast clip.

Negative: As of yet you cannot extend the width of a single column to accommodate multiple side-by-side cards. fortunately, this is only a temporary limitation-- they are working on this.

Summary: The best for small and large businesses. This is all they do, and they do it well. I’ve been in process improvement for quite some time. This is the first product I would endorse.

Positive: Been using Kanban zone for quite a while. While the tool is great, the team is better. Responsive, open to knew ideas, and they fix things quickly.

One other key aspect; it is simple to set up and change. They have plenty of templates, and you can set your boards up almost any way you like b

Finally, they are always adding valuable new features. Most of these are customer driven. How do ya like that!

Negative: No mobile app, though the web interface works just fine.

Summary: Like I said in the title, this is something I never knew I needed, but like my phone, I don’t know how I’d live without. I feel very lucky to have found this tool! My props and gratitude to the developers…this app is a gem! Thanks so much!

Positive: 1. Organization – I was introduced to this tool by my boyfriend. He uses it to run his business, but I use it to run our life. I use it to organize & coordinate all of our “To Do’s” and projects that we’re working on like planning our vacations, life goals and building our dream home.
2. Mobility – I absolutely LOVE that I’m able to include all documents and links related to a task, project or research in the cards. So, when I’m out running errands, I don’t have to worry about if I forgot anything. I always have everything I need on my phone… like doctor’s notes, forms, measurements or whatever else related to my task. As long as I include it in my card, they’re available at my fingertips whenever I need them. A major bonus to using Kanban Zone is that my boyfriend doesn’t have to ask me where something is and if something has been done. He can see it on the board.
3. Customizability - I’m a very visual person and I love that you can customize your categories by color because it makes it so easy to find what you’re looking for.
4. Simplicity – It was so easy to setup and it’s even easier to use. The interface is very intuitive making it very easy to navigate and work in. Although, I use it for mostly personal reasons, my boyfriend actually uses the more advanced features and he still finds the ease of use to be true.

Negative: Off the top of my head, because aesthetics is very important to me, I wish I was able to customize my background as there is a lot of grey in the interface. It would also be nice if instead of linking photos there was an option to see my photos within the card.
