Summary: Overall, I like the software because it makes it easier to look up customers to see which company they are in when they come in to the office to make a payment.
Positive: I like the ease of using the functions for our insurance company. It makes it very easy to find customers when we have them come into the office to make their payments. It cuts down our time.
Negative: I don't like the many areas that are confined to administrators only. We have more than one office and it makes it hard if we can't correct a receipt, can't add companies, etc. There is just too many little things that have not been worked out properly.

Summary: Organization, ease of use, support. All excellent. Very pleased with Jenesis. Even support staff has been excellent!
Positive: Organization, ease of use, Acord forms (wonderful feature!), I can go on and on. Very pleased with Jenesis.
Negative: Wish notes feature was more prominent.

Summary: Wonderful experience all around. Love knowing that support is only a phone call away , and the most pleasant customer service reps.
Positive: Love that their team is always ready to help, and always looking to make improvements!! Easy navigating.
Negative: Wish colors could be changed lol thats only because I look at it every day.

Summary: Once we got introduced to the system, I was very skeptical because of the number of steps but it got easier. Turned out to be good system to work on.
Positive: Very easy to use once you're trained to work on it. We switched to this new system and so far no glitches or crashes since I started using it.
Negative: Had some trouble looking up features for clients who we previously worked with.

Summary: My overall experience have been great so far. We just started but it's been very helpful to us definitely with the reports
Positive: I love have easy the system is to learn and training is fantastic. I have used multiple systems and this one is great.
Negative: We have a problem with the list of coverage but the support team is working on this for us!

Summary: It has been a learning experience and I think that overall it is a good system and holds a lot of information.
Positive: The ease of finding clients, uploading media files, entering payments into the system and updating information.
Negative: The rating system is not as easy as the old Jenesis but learning how to work it.

Summary: Excellent Service. Great Customer Service. A lot of it was easy to figure out but some assistance was needed.
Positive: Easy to work with. Excellent Customer Service at Jenesis. Always willing to help and train if necessary. Highly would recommend.
Negative: Would like to learn more about printing receipts from the customers file. That part is a little confusing. Wish downloading from other insurance companies was included and not required to be paid for.
