    Best Wholesale Software - Doubles as CRM

    Summary: JOOR seamlessly integrated with Pacific Apparel (our company's POS management system) and is incredibly easy to manage linesheet uploads, ATS immediate inventory, and PO generation. As our corporate Sales Manager I can easily manage our entire wholesale business across all territories and easily run sales reporting for review meetings. Absolutely worth the cost - more retailers prefer JOOR over NuOrder in my experience and the prospecting tool has greatly expanded our business both internationally and in the US. Would highly recommend to any wholesale brand!

    Positive: Easy to use, POS integration, retailer's seem to favor it above NuOrder and FashionGo, functions as a CRM, great for prospecting.

    Negative: Have to go through your account representative to make changes to existing linesheets once they have been uploaded.

    Summary: Its a waste of money as a prospecting or sales tool, they promised the world, offered an extension the agreement, where zero sales would still be zero sales.

    Positive: The belief that customers would use the software, and sign up to our store and sales would grow, promised the world.

    Negative: It delivered nothing, the belief above is a myth, not one sale even after 12 months, it delivered nothing except a drain on the bank account.

    Summary: Don't bother waste of money and one big con! Never again! Staff works on commission so they WILL try and sell it to you.

    Positive: N/A.

    Negative: Very expensive! one year and a whole load of $$$$$ down the drain!
    My profile was immaculate and i followed all the instructions given by the team.
    NOT ONE SALE! I understand it's not a platform to make connections, but it was what attracted me with the retail features. Do not bother! They have stores and contacts on there that went out of business decades ago! Even when you tell them they don't bother removing them.
    Wasted time and money.

    I am Kristin the CEO and I am sorry you had this experience. You are correct that JOOR is currently an enablement platform, therefore new business discovery was not a KPI that should have been sold to you. Our current value prop is simplified wholesale buying and selling and we tend to get very good marks in those areas.
