Summary: Very useful! We use this most every day and find it accommodating to our needs. Great Product. Highly recommend.

Positive: We use RepSpark most every day for a couple of our vendors. Very easy to use and shows ATS and ETA's as well

Negative: Would be nice to be able to save repeated dropship addresses.

Summary: Placing orders thru my reps takes time back and forth and waiting on confirmations. Sometimes it takes a few days to get an answer if the rep. is on the road or at shows etc. With RepSpark it is instant gratification. The order is placed, the confirmation received and I can rest assured my order is on its way.

Positive: The convenience of RepSpark is what I love most.
To be able to place an order within minutes of speaking with my members and getting an immediate confirmation.

Negative: I have yet to find anything negative about this program. I have used RepSpark for over 2 years now and it has made my job so much easier and efficient.

Summary: Been happy with RepSpark - haven't had any issues. All the products we have used have been great and always the right product.

Positive: Lots of different options for apparel and sporting good products.
Good pricing and easy to use, haven't had any issues.

Negative: Sometimes product comes to us from the states, so takes a couple extra days to get in but nothing can't handle

Summary: RepSpark allows me to do my job as a buyer at any time, any where. It makes adding logos and seeing available quantities simple.

Positive: Allows me to find quantities and add logos easily. Makes special orders a breeze for a small country club shop.

Negative: I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like. I wish all of the companies I work with used RepSpark.

Summary: I use RepSpark multiple times per day. It's by far my favorite way to place orders. When first introduced to the platform, I mainly used it for special orders. Now, it is also how I place pre-books.

Positive: - All orders in one place
- Ability to download all images of an order
- Ability to create catalogs for special events

Negative: I wish more vendors would use RepSpark! That's the only con for me!

Summary: Overall, I think RepSpark is the best of the B to B's out there and a more timely and efficient way for a Merchandiser's to Get the Job Done. I Love it.
I am told there is a Resistance among some Folk's to Using the Systems . Change is never easy to sell.
I still attend the shows. The Regionals Reps are needed to show the Actual Product Color Groupings. It is better to See and Feel the merchandise before writing orders back in my shop.
I would love to have a job training Golf Shop Buyers in Coastal Florida on the Benefits of Using RepSpark.
Bottom line, it makes the job more efficient.

Positive: Access:

Usage:
1. Easy to Comprehend Functionality
2. Option for Immediate or Forward Delivery Orders
3. Knowing immediately if Special Order Item Is Available
4. Customer Service: Most vendor Representatives extremely well trained to assist, if necessary

Negative: Multiple Line Companies:
I do not have many negatives. If anything, I would like to see more Organization and Separation of Current Season rather than Past Season by Product Line. Good example is Summit with 4 product lines.
Consistency:
Not All Vendor Sites Offer the Same Useful Features.
Could possibly remedy by setting up "Best Practices" suggestions in your Vendor Newsletter or Updates.

Summary: Awesome! Absolutely love it. I think it promotes more purchasing of special orders because I don't have to deal with a sales rep.

Positive: I like how easy it is to use and also going to one spot and placing orders with multiple vendors. Great for special orders.

Negative: I don't like how some vendors have different features than others. For example hiding the wholesale price.

Summary: Repspark has several of our vendors on their website.
Being a private golf club, we do tons of special orders and Repspark makes that super easy!!!

Positive: Being able to see quantities and sizes available with instant ordering!!!
Knowing availability and drop dates.

Negative: Returns not available.
Maybe some kind of way to know sizing, i.e. runs small or runs large.

Summary: Overall, my experience with RepSpark has been very positive and it has allowed me to grow the business as well as make the members happy.

Positive: RepSpark is very easy to use, and it is tremendously helpful with regards to special orders. One of my favorite aspects of RepSpark is my ability to show my members the availability of products and more up to date arrival times..

Negative: I don't have any issues with RepSpark. I can't really see anything that would need to be improved.

Summary: Gets the job done for this creative director.

Positive: Easy to use. I personally like clicking into the catalog images to find out more information about each shoe style. I also like being able to download the bulk collections that are provided!

Negative: Nothing! Works great. It has a slight learning curve, but once you learn it, it is super simple!

Summary: Excellent service that allows customers to place order all from one spot, saving time and effort in the process.

Positive: Wow, super ez to connect and place order from your favorite providers. Everything in one space makes it a snap.

Negative: Approval process from providers needs quicker more detailed communications.

Summary: I believe RepSpark is a very good tool to use overall. I am happy to use this resource daily and hope more people have the opportunity to use it!

Positive: I believe RepSpark is very easy to use generally and is a very resourceful tool for my position here at Barrington. I became the Buyer last year and this is my first time in this role and using RepSpark was very beneficial for my knowledge and learning the traits of ordering through various portals.

Negative: I think the "Add emblem" should be already included because I have mistakenly forgot to include on some orders.

Summary: Great overall experience. We have been using this product for a few years now with no problems at all.

Positive: Ease of use and the ability to see if items are in stock. Move to different vendors to compare products and colors.

Negative: Need more vendors. Make it easier to download a custom logo.

Summary: I use the site quite often and because it saves previously ordered product it gets faster and easier every time I use it.

Positive: It was very easy to search for the products I needed. Building an order takes very little time. Reviewing the order for accuracy was simple.

Negative: The process of fast tracking or rushing an order is a little confusing but was able to get it done.

Summary: We are extremely happy we decided to use RepSpark for our B2B site. We could not be any happier with the service and functions of this product. We highly recommended RepSpark.

Negative: We have not experienced anything negative. We have come across a feature that we needed to customize or needed help with making work with our business model and RepSpark was very quick in handling these and made sure they understood what exactly we needed.
