    Summary: Placing orders thru my reps takes time back and forth and waiting on confirmations. Sometimes it takes a few days to get an answer if the rep. is on the road or at shows etc. With RepSpark it is instant gratification. The order is placed, the confirmation received and I can rest assured my order is on its way.

    Positive: The convenience of RepSpark is what I love most.
    To be able to place an order within minutes of speaking with my members and getting an immediate confirmation.

    Summary: I use RepSpark multiple times per day. It's by far my favorite way to place orders. When first introduced to the platform, I mainly used it for special orders. Now, it is also how I place pre-books.

    A Merchandiser's Heaven

    Summary: Overall, I think RepSpark is the best of the B to B's out there and a more timely and efficient way for a Merchandiser's to Get the Job Done. I Love it.
    I am told there is a Resistance among some Folk's to Using the Systems . Change is never easy to sell.
    I still attend the shows. The Regionals Reps are needed to show the Actual Product Color Groupings. It is better to See and Feel the merchandise before writing orders back in my shop.
    I would love to have a job training Golf Shop Buyers in Coastal Florida on the Benefits of Using RepSpark.
    Bottom line, it makes the job more efficient.

    Positive: Access:
    Set- up was timely ( Have Approval from Multiple Vendors).
    Usage:
    1. Easy to Comprehend Functionality
    2. Option for Immediate or Forward Delivery Orders
    3. Knowing immediately if Special Order Item Is Available
    4. Customer Service: Most vendor Representatives extremely well trained to assist, if necessary

    Negative: Multiple Line Companies:
    I do not have many negatives. If anything, I would like to see more Organization and Separation of Current Season rather than Past Season by Product Line. Good example is Summit with 4 product lines.
    Consistency:
    Not All Vendor Sites Offer the Same Useful Features.
    Could possibly remedy by setting up "Best Practices" suggestions in your Vendor Newsletter or Updates.

    Summary: Awesome! Absolutely love it. I think it promotes more purchasing of special orders because I don't have to deal with a sales rep.

    Positive: I like how easy it is to use and also going to one spot and placing orders with multiple vendors. Great for special orders.

    Negative: I don't like how some vendors have different features than others. For example hiding the wholesale price.
