    Summary: Quick response to be able to help other users, solves problem, does not require user intervention like Anydesk.

    Positive: Speed of access to work, easy installation by any user, security of handling the app, alternative to other remote programs but with a friendly interface.

    Negative: You can only send individual files, in the paid version I suppose you can send the folder or more complete.
