Insightly is the essential CRM application for small organizations Date: Mar 30 2021
Summary: At first glance, we are presented with a very useful application that will manage and automate group communication and digital marketing management for free. However, its use of contact schedules can be confusing and its interface can be ineffective in opportunities, but for those initial sales ventures it is highly recommended.
Positive: The application provides automation tools for sales processes, including: contact management, account management and market opportunity management. In addition, it has a basic collaboration system that features conversations and publishing of interest to active project members.
Negative: The platform of this application is very basic, but it can be very poor compared to others, it is also slow when performing certain tasks. Likewise, it does not include media outreach tools as it does not integrate a social networking section. It also does not allow us to attach files to the exposed tasks.

Summary: Overall it's a decent tool that works well for the average business owner. Especially because its so easy.
Positive: Works well and is pretty easy to use and set up for your business. Doesn't take much to get it running.
Negative: I think there could be more advanced features for a CRM.

Summary: I loved how the scalable Insightly platform helps to make whole business structures organized, by enabling sales, marketing, projects and support unified in one place. It has a dynamic user interface. Overall, I highly suggest Insightly, because it is powerful and performs well even in mid-sized enterprises.
Positive: Helps to organize sales, marketing, project and support teams at the same place. It offers segmented email marketing. Shares overview of every point of business. Tons of business tools integration options are available. Pipeline visualization for sales segments.
Negative: First few days of onboarding this platform seems complicated due to its UI.
