    Lightweight, Fast, Intuitive

    Summary: Tremendous. Much happier with this for MSP remote management than Splashtop, TeamViewer, and the like. That is even considering how terrible it is to setup on macOS.

    Positive: Great customer service
    They've been very responsive to our needs
    Extremely lightweight
    I don't know of an app with a smaller footprint
    Easy to setup
    Everything that you can configure stares you in the face
    Nice security features
    I felt like it was easy to restrict agents and setup 2FA

    Negative: We support Apple-lovin' lawyers. This product is a nightmare to setup on macOS. We actually rely on a single TeamViewer account to make the initial connection, then setup unattended access for ISL Online.

    Note: Windows does not have this issue.

    Good remote control for admin support

    Summary: This is one of the best admin support tools I've used over the past 20 years. Just would be nice to have more than one connection at a time. Two thumbs up!

    Positive: Secure reliable tool for admin support. Tools are very good too. Support multiple monitors easily.

    Negative: Would like to have more than one connection per account. It's just too pricey to have the ability to remote control more than one device at a time.
