The host has the ability to pre-register their visitor by providing arrival information, which informs both reception and security personnel, ultimately streamlining the process for both the host and the visitor. Additionally, the visitor's identity is confirmed using an OTP, ensuring that the provided information is valid and secure. Upon the visitor's arrival, the host can use a feature to either approve or deny access, after which a visitor pass is issued. In cases where the visitor exceeds the allotted meeting time or fails to check out, an automated alert is sent to both the host and security via SMS or email, ensuring everyone remains informed. Furthermore, if it becomes necessary to blacklist a visitor, this can easily be accomplished, and should that same individual attempt to check in again, they will be identified as part of the blacklist.
