I&B monitoring is a cloud-based Business & IT infrastructure monitoring platform that brings business performance, IT services and underlying infrastructure into one unified system. Instead of stitching together separate tools for servers, applications and business reporting, teams work from one source of truth.

The platform collects metrics, logs and traces from servers, databases, containers, virtual machines, network devices and applications. Ready-made exporters and resource templates cover common technologies, so you simply define what to monitor, which metrics to collect and which sources to collect them from. Downloadable Ansible files let you deploy agents and exporters across an entire environment with a single command.

A business-to-resource hierarchy links business units and subunits, IT services, service layers and individual resources. Graph-based visualisations make the dependencies between them visible, so an engineer can see at once whether a failure sits in the application layer or deeper in the infrastructure, and which business KPIs and customers are affected.

Dashboards are role-specific. Executives and business unit managers get KPI and status views, operations teams get real-time service and resource health, DevOps and SRE engineers get incident context and performance detail, and security teams get operational context around anomalies. Pre-built dashboards ship out of the box.

Contextual alerting groups related threshold breaches into meaningful, actionable incidents and separates component faults, layer issues, outages and business-impacting events, cutting alert noise. Native integrations with Jira, Zendesk, Zoho Desk and email create tickets automatically, enriched with the correlated metrics and events behind the incident.
