Summary: I have had a pretty good experience with it so far and I'm looking forward to using more in the future

Positive: I like how easy it is to navigate around, and all the tutorials on how to use everything are very useful!

Negative: I don't see any cons as of the moment! Everything was nice and easy to use.

Summary: Easy to use and edit. I have made a few mistakes during start up that are easily corrected. I am in this tool multiple times a day. It feels like a life line to my business.

Positive: So easy to get up and running. I love the update UI and how my customers are delighted by all the information available to them. It's helped me so much get off the ground and make great impressions. Love the integrations.

Negative: No real cons...just a lot of power in this tool I am working on getting to know.

Summary: There is a lot to learn in the Houzz Pro app so at first I thought it was difficult but now that I am getting the hang of it, it has been a huge help and time saver

Positive: - easy place to store all files per client
- easy lead tracking system that auto updates status
- 3D modeling scanner is useful and quick

Negative: - learning curve, not as user friendly as other applications I have used
- can’t create 3D plans on iPad

Summary: I'm so glad I decided to try Houzz! I had previously considered a combination of Angi for leads, Asana for project management, and AutoCAD for renderings but this is so much better.

Positive: I love that Houzz is an all-in-one program that streamlines and organizes my business in every way, and doubles as advertising.

Negative: It's a little hard to get to learn both the app and the web version at the same time.

Summary: Overall I'm one happy taco. Your platform compliments my professional knowledge on the hands on side of things. Very simple operation.

Positive: Recently got both apps of Houzz and Houzz Pro. On the customer side it's very resourceful. As a service provider make life simple and professional. The estimate to invoice setup is amazing. The ability to display 3d presentations is a almost guaranteed signed contract. Very pleased with the app

Negative: At the moment none honestly. Only used it a brief time but I was all over the features and it offers allot to the pros especially how it keeps track of allot of expenses and breaks down things. Life got easier come tax season

Summary: Amazing product and customer service! In our short time using the product, it has already changed the overall stress level in the office. We are excited to fully implement and see the future features.

Positive: Houzz Pro gave us an efficient and well thought of product! I can't wait to see how much it helps us improve in the industry!

Negative: The only thing that I've found that I don't like is the fact that you can't delete projects. Once it's in, it stays. We created a lot of test projects during testing and now they are there forever (I hope not?)

Summary: Overall, Houzz has made collaboration and organization effortless, significantly enhancing our project experience.

Positive: Houzz has greatly improved our remodeling project management by facilitating effective client communication through its CRM features, clear scheduling, and daily logs. The estimating and invoicing tools streamlined financial processes, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

Negative: It takes time to fully grasp on how all the feature works.

Summary: Overall positive. The ability to run essentially the entire administrative side of the business from one portal is fantastic. Marketing, Lead Gen, Website creation on the front end and creating estimates from takeoffs, getting signatures for projects, and collect payments all in one space is amazing.

The only reason we have decided to move away from the platform is a shift in business direction that doesn't require us to be as customer-facing any more.

Positive: Comprehensive set of features can work for most small businesses of varying focus within the building industry

Negative: Tools lacked the depth to be top-tier options in the space. While the breadth of the tools is great, being able to do more with each individual tool would be welcome.

Summary: Overall, I am extremely happy. I have more zoom meetings in a couple days to dive into it even more, and I am so excited to keep learning how this can stream line everything we do.

Positive: I absolutely love their customer service and the ease of use of the software. I am very pleased with everyone I've met and everything I have been able to teach myself and how hands on their representatives are with me.

Negative: I honestly have not found anything I don't like about Houzz, I am very impressed with their customer service, they truly care.

Summary: Overall this application offers an impressively wide range of features that are easy to use and functional at worst- impressive at best. Use of the platform has helped my business streamline operations and focus on what we do in the first place -our clients and their construction projects.

Positive: Ease of use. and intuitive user interface, feature rich. This is offered at a reasonable cost overall, and the support has always been helpful.

Negative: Some oversimplification of modules leaves out detail that a specialized software would include. Support (while always helpful and effective) has been slow/next day/ at times.

Summary: Very positive. It meets many of the needs I have as a boutique full-service interior design firm. I have tried many other software programs and Houzz Pro is one of the easiest and most functional.

Positive: I was an original Ivy user years ago, and recently came back to Houzz Pro after trying many other interior design software programs that were good, but not great. The 3D room scanner and floor plan generator was what drew me back - it's been such a useful tool! While I don't use Houzz for lead generation or client communication, I do send my clients their portal links to view their project details (selections, moodboards, etc.) live, which has been a great feature.

Negative: The 3D room scanner has glitches; I've noticed that in very large spaces (ie. an open living/dining room in a large A-frame house with 25' h ceilings) the scan was so inaccurate that it was useless. It's also not able to scan new construction (ie. framed-in walls with no drywall).

Summary: For a company like ours, this tool is great and helps a lot with onboarding new team members to the construction devision. and producing takeoffs.

Positive: Very easy to adopt to and has so much more than just the ability to estimate.
it captures leads, it pre-populates messages to customers, and so much more.

Negative: Sometimes the leads that come through are hard to get a hold of.

Negative: High-Tier Features: Some of the most useful tools are available only in the high-tier plans. If you’re on a budget, you might miss out on certain functionalities.
Free Trial Requirements: To access the free trial, you’ll need to provide payment information upfront—a minor inconvenience for some users.
No RFI Feature: Houzz Pro lacks a dedicated feature for Requests for Information (RFIs), which could be useful for managing project communication.

Summary: Overall, i truly enjoy Houzz and all it has to offer. from the start of setting up a meeting with Katia to learn about the software to using it. it’s been great!

Positive: I really enjoy this software compared to the others i’ve seen. i’ve received nothing but excellent compliments from clients stating that the ease and efficiency and overall aesthetic of Houzz is better than anything they’ve seen and used previously

Negative: To be honest , i’m in my 1 month of using Houzz and truly haven’t found a con at this time

Summary: This is my second experience with Houzz Pro. I have used it in the past in my company and now and introducing the features to the company I am working for. I love the way we can show our projects to clients in an easily searchable option. The ability to upload photos and projects and list the details of textures and products used, makes this a great tool

Positive: I love Houzz Pro for a platform to display our company projects to new clients and those searching for a Company to take on their project.

Negative: The price in my mind is the only limiting factor. But a justified expense if it helps our business be more noticed.
