Summary: Our company's overall experience with Houzz Pro has been great. It continues to improve each year and the type and quantity of leads continue to improve as well. Keep it coming!

Positive: Houzz Pro has been an excellent resource for our custom home architecture firm of 17+ years. We've been utilizing Houzz Pro since 2012 and value the leads, exposure, and resources this platform has to offer. There have been continued upgrades/improvements over the years to keep the platform current and our exposure to the right type of clients.
As the administrator of the account I respond to all initial inquiries. They are emailed, texted, and phoned in so I never miss a lead. I always try to respond promptly to hop on a call to find out more about an inquiry or send a follow up message with additional information or referrals. I never want to leave a client hanging, even if we aren't the right fit for their project.
Houzz Pro provides a comprehensive questionnaire to bring the right leads to our firm and we've worked with them to improve the filtering system to ensure they are asking the best questions to give the user and the Pro the best possible outcome.
The Houzz Pro representatives change periodically, which was strange at first, but they all bring a new focus and fresh eyes to the profile, which keeps us current and in front of the right users. I've enjoyed working with every single rep that has been assigned to our account, but I'm hoping to keep my current one for a long time; she's great!
The reps will help tag photos, set up and review your Pro page and are key to Pro experience.

Negative: The only thing I would like is more quality leads, but who doesn't want that?
There really isn't any down side to Houzz Pro.

Summary: I was having an extremely difficult time finding a black toilet with a 10" rough in anywhere. I contacted Benjamin Pitt who took on the challenge and sent me options to choose from. I was also in contact with Michael in the Trade Sales department, who confirmed with manufacturers that they had the correct color and rough in size. They were both very helpful in adding the listing needed to place the order. This was a necessary item for a client and I would not have gotten the toilet in time without them. I am immensely grateful for all of their help and very appreciative for their time and effort. Very impressive and exactly how every company should be.

Negative: Genuinely no cons about my experience with Houzz. There was not one moment I was frustrated or unimpressed with Benjamin or Michael. I am highly satisfied and will be in contact with them for future assistance.

Summary: I like very much getting referrals and leads from you and helping me to follow up and get the job. Thank you for that.

Positive: I like working with Kris. He is extremely professional and very helpful. Working with him is a pleasure, because he is very nice and polite.

Negative: I don't have any complains at this time. So far I am VERY satisfied.

Summary: Great team. Looking forward to the continued partnership. Great lead gen tool to expand reach and grow sales.

Negative: Would love more enterprise functionality for enterprise organizations (API for data sync to our CRM, additional advertising options to reach architects/pros and not just homeowners.

Summary: Going great so far! Our page is looking great thanks to suggested changes from my team. We are very pleased with click throughs to our website.

Positive: My support team has been fantastic, helping me learn to use the platform, and strategizing tweaks to get the best leads.

Negative: The only con I have is that during onboarding, I was frequently talking to different people. Would be best to have one contact only

Summary: Houzz Pro is a great tool to get your business noticed by qualified clients. Houzz Pro does part of the work for you by making sure potential clients are a good fit for you then sending you their information.
Houzz Pro then makes responding and organizing potential client information in way that is quick to find later.

Positive: The ease of use is fantastic; from editing descriptions to adding or changing pictures, so easy. Plus, if assistance is needed your Client Success Manager is there to help. Houzz Pro is designed well, which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I like how quick and easy it is to respond to potential clients and they seem to like it too.

Negative: I would have to say the only con could be the price. It just depends on how much assistance you want from Houzz and if you are going to utilize the features.

Summary: I thing this is an amazing software to work, it it worth it, the only side of it I do not recommend it is the lead generation " marketing" service.

Positive: I love all the workflow, it makes your daily tasks easy and cover all the points for my Interior Design Trade.

Negative: The Marketing service it is not working right, lets say, out of 5 leads, 1 seems to be a real person but ends being a sales person trying to sale you on something and the rest are fake leads., I google them to try to find info about the person and call and is it not real. That service it is not worth it yet, it needs some work on logistics and verify the leads to make sure they are not bots.

Summary: All in all love and would stay if they were competitive with design files, studio designer or my doma.

Positive: I love this system and have been using it for years! It is a great way to keep all of your client's data organized. I love the invoices, POs, and floor plans.

Negative: However, they just raised their prices and other CRMs are half the price. I can't justify spending double. They make so much off my CC fees from clients that I wish that would lower my monthly price. I'm really wishing I didn't have to transfer everything over, but that's my goal for next month.

Summary: Even with those few limitations, I highly recommend Houzz Pro to any design business looking to get organized, elevate their client experience, and streamline their workflow.

Positive: We get a lot out of Houzz Pro — it’s become an essential tool for our daily operations. We use it for everything from proposals and invoicing to collecting payments, creating floor plans, and producing 3D renderings. The 3D tool, in particular, has completely transformed the way I present designs to clients. It makes it so much easier for them to visualize their space, and it's had a noticeable impact on closing sales.

Houzz Pro is also constantly rolling out new features and improvements, which shows they're committed to helping businesses like mine succeed. Overall, I’m very pleased with what Houzz Pro offers — it’s streamlined my workflow and elevated the way I serve my clients.

Negative: There are a few areas where we’d love to see further development. More robust financial features would be great — currently we have to integrate with QuickBooks, which works but adds a layer of complexity. We'd also love the ability to create new business proposals directly in the platform and collect approval signatures from clients, all within Houzz Pro.

Summary: I have slowly been implementing Houzz and the process has been increasingly beneficial. I look forward to becoming proficient and well integrated.

Positive: Ease of use, the many functions and cost are all exceptional. Especially the 3D modeling which helps set customer expectations.

Negative: Difficult to find products and items for the 3D models.

Summary: Houzz Pro is easy to use! It was quick to learn and visually appealing to my clients. Makes my business feel professional and elevated!

Positive: The product clipper is great! It is far superior in speed and ease of use to other similar product clippers I've tested with competitor companies!

Negative: It is a bit more expensive than other similar software.

Summary: The first 3 years were really great for me to have Houzz because I needed a lot of help building a website, showing my work and getting leads. lately, the leads amount have dropped significantly, and although I have invested in new marketing packages, I still have not seen the results. however, it has been six months and I am hoping things pick up again! I enjoy working with my account manager, Anthony who has been really helpful through out the years.

Positive: Houzz provides good support to new business owners from how to get leads to how to manage and track projects. They set up the business owner with an account manager and the person I get to work with, Anthony is very knowledgeable and helpful at the time of making marketing decisions. I have enjoyed how easy it is to manage my website through houzz. From the design of it to the content that goes on it, I can change things myself at any time or request the support from a Houzz specialist to advise me on what would work best. Houzz also has packages that help you expose your company at a local (city) and nation wide levels.

Negative: Houzz offers the option to buy marketing packages that expose you to different cities through adds but it doesn't offer the direct purchase of leads. You get to pick the level of exposure you want to pay for and this gets measured by clients interactions with company's Houzz portal or website. I find this challenging specially if you are just beginning to build a brand/company, and although I have been satisfied so far with their service, I wish they offered the option to purchase leads in the future. I think this would help diversify their product and help business owners have more tools of generating new clients.

Summary: Overall the experience has been pretty good. As I continue to use the software I'm sure any issues I've had thus far will no longer be relevant.

Positive: The software is more intuitive than most software's I've used in the past. Fairly easy to get the hang of how to navigate the software. I like that I can call customer support at any time.

Negative: I don't really think of too many cons with the software. It's all pretty intuitive.

Summary: Houzz Pro is very helpful on a day-to-day with product selection. There are a few hiccups while using but overall very helpful for each project.

Positive: Product selection tracker, vendor/trade account database, product clipper extension, and mood boards.

Negative: Purchasing gets confusing. Especially the way taxes are set up. Sometimes vendors calculate their taxes slightly different so there's no way to add a tax or additional fees column to balance our quotes vs. the taxes calculated by Houzz Pro.

Summary: Overall, I'm happy with Houzz and it is a tool that is very much needed in our industry. Houzz's user face is much easier to navigate for creatives vs the competing project management platforms I've used in the past.

Positive: Great for bookkeeping, stay organized and up to date on payments. Our sales support rep is always eager to help us which is also nice!

Negative: Terrible for time tracking. I have to use a separate time tracker since you cannot start and stop your time log for the same task.
