When the site is having updates, some times we have some problems, for example with the calendar.

Summary: Good and over all I will still surely recommend it to others so that they can use it for their business for sure.
Positive: User Friendly not like the other services and the explanation is easy to understand can explain to everyone easily.
Negative: Setting up is a bit time consuming and it needs a lot of understanding at first specially if you are the who will set it up.

Summary: Great tool, on the more expensive side, but it gives me peace of mind. Once the booking engine is improved and follows the high quality of the rest of system it will be a 5* solution for me.
Positive: Overall easy layout, doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge. Provides a nice property managing options. Calendar integration with my own ical (website), booking and Airbnb is great. The prices are also working, but needs some better understanding.
The automatic messaging is great as well, ensure you play and create your own.
The app is also a 5*
The onboarding team is fantastic, I had 5 sessions some of them very long. So kudos to them for answering all my questions and being patient with me.Negative: The booking engine is integrated only with Wordpress. As a user of Wix, this is a limitation as I can't get a good with professional looking booking page. Thus removing one star.

Summary: Overall a great product, just need to work a few minor bugs and add a few features, especially with the VRBO integration.
Positive: Ability to sync prices with Beyond Pricing, granular permissions for users, Wordpress plugin, great support and onboarding team.
Negative: No HTML email notifications, only text.

Summary: Overall, we're very happy with our move to Hostaway - it's going to enable a lot more functionality especially with regards to direct bookings.
Positive: Very happy with Hostaway and all it does - particularly for making our internal processes a lot easier.
Negative: Financial reporting and owner statements can be a bit hit and miss between different users. Still some missing elements in the financials that we need to make up for manually. Task automation a little clunky to deal with - especially when trying to delete tasks.

Summary: I'd recommend this site to anyone in the vacation rental industry. It feels like life has gotten less stressful since integrating my channels to Hostaway. I love how they are constantly improving the software and never charge for any of these upgrades. Great job, Hostaway.
Positive: Hostaway is a powerful, thoughtful, and user-friendly PMS and I'm so glad I chose them. The onboarding process made me feel like they really cared about my learning the software thoroughly and held my hand through the trickier parts like integration with VRBO. It was a great experience being trained by Shabeeb and his counterparts. All of my trainers were brilliant, patient, kind, and affective teachers. Since "graduating" I have had great luck with the live chat support as well. I feel like Hostaway is an international family that has one common goal: making sure our guests have the best experience possible. I love the automated email system that lets me provide detailed information for my guests at each step of the booking, planning, checkin, and checkout process. I feel confident that my calendars are properly synched and up-to-date.
Negative: Some parts of the automated payment systems are quirky.

Summary: Customer support has been outstanding. Each and every time we've needed questions answered, which has not been very often, we were able to promptly get the information from a knowledgeable and friendly Hostaway team member.
Positive: We needed a platform that would scale with our anticipated growth. It needed to be affordable from day one, but not be deficient in the professional property management features our clients were expecting. Hostaway has delivered features and capabilities which exceed our expectations.
Negative: We honestly have no complaints or dislikes. Hostaway offers us the ability to run a small but growing property management firm and we can stay with them throughout the journey.

Summary: I've been using Hostaway for almost 1 year now. My overall experience is great. And I can recommend it to anyone without hesitating!
Positive: The new inbox feature is great along with excellent integration with Airbnb. Great customer service is a plus. Always happy with the service!
Negative: The integration with Vrbo and booking.com isn't so great. But I hope they are working on it!

Summary: Exceptional service overall. I can't say enough about the software and the trainer. I am super impressed and I have already refer the software to other host. This software far exceeds my expectations.
Positive: Ease of service, clear communication, system is set up to do endless things to make property managing streamline with all the technology needed to take out hours of messaging. Platform is really the best I've seen and I've view several demos. Great trainer & facilitator who help you to understand the software, setting me up to win & not struggle. Love the follow up with trainer. He really show care and that he want me to succeed using the software to my benefit.
Negative: I can't really think of any cons, seriously. I m sorry, but I really can't think of anything that I don't like at this time.

Summary: Overall the system works very well and I have been able to save a lot of time on daily operations. I like the fact that support center is easily reachable.
Positive: The company I work for has been using Hostaway for some time now, I easily adjusted to the software and received great support.

- Calendar’s first day can be change to Monday.
- The site can be changed in other languages.
- Price setting for all the time instead of a limited time.Positive: They were very patient with me, understand and explain on the different way to make it easier for me.
