Summary: Positive overall experience especially with my onboarding specialist. There are gaps with the app that are supposed to be addressed this year. The learning curve is steep but I am hoping to grow with this software and get more out of the functionality as I learn how to use each of the functions.
Positive: I have been getting great support onboarding. There seem to be many functions that I will be able to utilize once I am able to learn the whole system.
Negative: The learning curve is steep and it would be helpful to be able to hire Hostaway specialists to set things up and then learn how to use the platform after everything has been set up. Learning how to set it up and how to use it is just too much to handle at once.

Summary: Fantastic! No complaints. Our implementation host Paul was very knowledgeable and so helpful! I thought we had 1 training session, we had many!
Positive: Easy to use, one place to view and manage 95% of property issues. Love that notifications. On boarding sessions included when you purchase the product. Those were awesome.
Negative: Still have to do a few things directly in the channels.

Summary: Very helpful and answered all my questions. I am getting more comfortable using the management software, but glad I have 24 hour access to tech support in case I need immediate help.
Positive: Shabeeb was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding Hostaway functions. Looking forward to my next call tomorrow.
Negative: There were some issues with the voice communications. The sound cut in and out a couple times.

Summary: My overall experience has been great! As mentioned in the pros the support from customer service I've received has been outstanding. The software itself is very user friendly as well.
Positive: I love the customer support I receive from the onboarding specialist Uvindu. He has been great with helping me learn the ins and outs of Hostaway! Which so far has been an outstanding software.
Negative: The only con would be the integration of VRBO.

Summary: Calendar is really good, financial reports, messages for the guest. Happy to switch to Hostaway, I highly recommend!

Excellent Platform , Onboarding Support and Customer Service Date: Jun 03 2021
Summary: I've looked closely at Lodgify and Guesty, and HostAway is a superior fit for my vacation rental business on multiple grounds--business model, pricing, user-friendliness, on-boarding cost/process and overall customer service. I'm a huge fan and highly recommend the product for small to medium-sized vacation rental network operators like me.
Positive: HostAway's platform is both robust and user-friendly. Customer Service through my on-boarding agent, Paul, has been fantastic. He patiently answers all my questions, walks me systematically through the platform to train me, and leaves no stone unturned when it comes to helping me tailor the platform to my business needs.
Negative: I have no issues with HostAway, but VRBO/HomeAway made integrating my listings into HostAway very difficult. I could never have navigated the change over without the excellent support that HostAway provides.

When the site is having updates, some times we have some problems, for example with the calendar.
Difficult to have a connection with VRBO. -

Summary: Good and over all I will still surely recommend it to others so that they can use it for their business for sure.
Positive: User Friendly not like the other services and the explanation is easy to understand can explain to everyone easily.
Negative: Setting up is a bit time consuming and it needs a lot of understanding at first specially if you are the who will set it up.

Summary: Great tool, on the more expensive side, but it gives me peace of mind. Once the booking engine is improved and follows the high quality of the rest of system it will be a 5* solution for me.
Positive: Overall easy layout, doesn't require a lot of technical knowledge. Provides a nice property managing options. Calendar integration with my own ical (website), booking and Airbnb is great. The prices are also working, but needs some better understanding.
The automatic messaging is great as well, ensure you play and create your own.
The app is also a 5*
The onboarding team is fantastic, I had 5 sessions some of them very long. So kudos to them for answering all my questions and being patient with me.Negative: The booking engine is integrated only with Wordpress. As a user of Wix, this is a limitation as I can't get a good with professional looking booking page. Thus removing one star.

Summary: Overall a great product, just need to work a few minor bugs and add a few features, especially with the VRBO integration.
Positive: Ability to sync prices with Beyond Pricing, granular permissions for users, Wordpress plugin, great support and onboarding team.
Negative: No HTML email notifications, only text.
