Summary: Excellent. I like the service, the software is easy to use, don't listen to the naysayers, it's a good company.
Positive: I tried many channel managers. Software is easy and intuitive. I'm very happy. It has master calendars financial management, booking, charging features.

Negative: Booking fee is available for website in the system but is not available through VRBO even though it's done through Stripe. Couldn't figure out how to deduct 3% from VRBO but working on it.

Positive: Paul is super understanding when it comes to learning. He adjusts his teaching style to match my non, tech savviness. Yet can adjust to my husband's computer guru status.

Summary: I have tried a lot of channel managers but Hostaway is the one with most and easy characteristics. If setup correctly, everything is automated!
Positive: The ease of use and the continuing of adding new characteristics (like Wordpress plugin). Also, the customer support which is really quick.
Negative: Maybe the iOS mobile app needs some improvements which I am sure the Hostaway Team will improve.

Summary: My experience with Hostaway has been excellent. I am able to respond to guest inquiries from multiple properties across multiple platforms all from my phone. The customer support team is always easy to get ahold of and they're always friendly to work with. Great job Hostaway team!!
Positive: I've tried several property management systems and nothing compares to Hostaway. The software is easy to use and extremely reliable.
Negative: No cons that I can think of. In my opinion, it is the best system on the market.

Summary: Excellent product for Hotels and Resorts to manage any booking staffs from you guests and other reservation planning and payment as well and it can be well integrated with your website and also other useful softwares.
Positive: I was able to easily integrate it with my WordPress website. You have excellent support as well as Tharindi who is your Technical support engineer.
Negative: Sometimes, it needs help from the support to integrate as it needs specific expertise. It will be difficult just to simply integrate all without any help from your technical support.

Summary: Overall I am pleased with Hostaway and its features. I look forward to more features that would make my business more efficient.
Positive: I like the way I can see all my listings across all platforms in one locations. Hostaway also makes it easy to communicate with my housekeeping staff and their keep track of their tasks.
Negative: The setup process for a listing has a bit of a learning curve. Once I did it a couple of times, it now is much easier.

Summary: I'm so happy that I found Hostaway work is a lot easier and support is great.
It has great features that I didn't see in other PMS and they are always updating the user guide!Positive: Great customer service available for videocall from monday to Friday anytime! And they always have great attitude.
Super easy to use.
Great features like the inbox with all the channels, tasks and guest portal.
Automatons and message templates, make communication with guest super easy.Negative: I think that the calendar can have a better design but is great either way!

Summary: I've had sooooo many PMS' ... I've run the gambit ... of that I have no doubt. I think Hostaway isn't a perfect solution, but it's the BEST solution that I've come across, even Guesty, which used to be my fav.
Positive: - CHANNEL MANAGER: Plenty of Chanels to add nativly tot he Channel manager (although not all, but it's better than RentaUntied, even if it doesn't have all those other channels.
- SUPPORT: The Hostaway team get things done fast, and they are always adding new features which make my life a little easier. I recommend Hostaway to all my friends in the industry.
- AUTOMATIONS: the auto messages and auto tasking is good (they are always adding new functions, which is appreciated), there's lots of room for improvement, but they have a ZAPEIR integration now, which is helping a lot. It's new, so not as robust as I would like, but I have no doubt the team is going to make the most of it.Negative: Most of my cons have been dealt with, but they could add more automation, and filtering functionality.

INTERGRATIONS: As noted above the Zapier integration is new, and only does the basics right now, but with the email parser, you can do almost anything!
TASKS: this section is near useless, but it's not a make a break option for me. It's not user-firendly, you can move around sub tasks. They HAD it in the Zapier app during the beta .. but have since removed it ... I'm sure they have something planned for it to make it a little more useable
PRICE: price is pretty high, but considering what your getting, and the great support team, I think it's resonable.
SUPPORT: could have a chat functionality, to help with qucik issues. -
