HereToSee Description
HereToSee is an electronic visitor management system that is installed at one or more of the organization's reception desks. You can import staff details from the AD, or from a pre-defined text format. Or you can edit them individually. To improve customer experience, a variety of standard reports were created. If the organization uses a bar-code system HereToSee can sign the visitor in by scanning the bar code on the label. This can also be used to sign them out again. The host will be notified via email when the visitor signs in. This requires a network connection and Exchange Server. You can email the complete list of signed in visitors to up to 20 email addresses from any workstation.
