Helios Description

A disk fills up on a client machine at 2am. Helios notices, works out the cause on the device itself, writes a reversible fix, and waits for a human to approve it. Then it closes the ticket and records what changed.

That is the difference between Helios and the RMM you are probably running. Most tools are excellent at telling you something is wrong and then stopping. Helios was designed around the AI doing the work, not summarising it.

What you get in one hosted platform: device and network monitoring, Windows and third-party patching, Microsoft Defender status, Microsoft 365 health, browser-based remote access with no second vendor to buy, a full service desk, client billing, and branded portals your clients log into. Quarterly reviews are generated for you. Asset lifecycle and backup state are tracked without extra tooling.

The AI earns its place. It answers questions about your fleet in plain English, forecasts which disks will run out and roughly when, and treats several machines dropping at once as a single outage rather than twenty separate tickets. Inbound support email is triaged and answered in the customer's own thread.

    Peace of mind for a small business with no IT team

    Summary: As a small business with no IT team, Helios gives us confidence that backups and security run and threats are caught. Clear when it matters, quiet when it doesn't. Also the AI features throughout are super helpful

    Positive: Incredible levels of control and visibility, solid backup and security monitoring; very helpful AI throughout the platform if we’re stuck on what needs fixing and how to fix it, simple portal for non-technical staff.

    Negative: Occasionally the detail is more than a non-technical user needs, however I understand this is geared as luck towards service providers as it is direct client consumers like ourselves.
