Summary: Thanks to this software we can have a control panel and activities, very complete and centralized, which allows us to track the hours, attendance and time of employees, but also the entire process of recruiting new staff. It is a very useful tool for all human resources departments of any company. Thanks to this software, all the work of the human resources department is much more effective and efficient, we can work in a more organized way and have up to date and smoothly, all the information of employees and new recruits. That is why we recommend it, because it is so useful and easy to use.
Positive: It allows the publication of job offers in different job portals, as well as monitoring the selection process of candidates, skills assessment and a complete management of the recruitment of new staff. It also has an employee management, where we can monitor the hours worked and overtime, as well as attendance and non-attendance and the performance of their daily activities. It has performance metrics, where we can see in detail the productivity of each worker, in an easy to understand report, with simple statistics to analyze.
Negative: I would like the platform to indicate, with an alert, alarm or notification, when an administrator makes a change and that this change is reflected with the name of the administrator. We had a hard time synchronizing and configuring the software to have the employee information, but the technical support was efficient in helping us with that. When posting a job offer, sometimes we get an error when uploading it to the job portals.
