Positive: The system is easy to use from an Administrator view point. There are a lot of options to help with bulk data entry. The dashboard is well designed and self - exploratory. The best feature is the customer service provided. The teams are excellent. Quick, efficient and reliable.
Negative: Would have loved to have it a bit more tailored for specific needs of the company, especially when it comes to the Performance Management
