Comprehensive and Affordable Cloud-Based Cemetery Management Software Date: Dec 05 2023
Summary: We opted for Chronicle because it offered the features we required at a reasonable price. While other packages had impressive features, many were more than our small cemetery needed. Several limitations we initially faced with Chronicle have been resolved in recent updates. The migration to Chronicle prompted a thorough audit of all sales and burials, ensuring our paperwork is now up-to-date and accurate. Beyond its feature-rich nature, Chronicle's sales team and customer service have been outstanding. Since transitioning, we've requested additional plots for our cemetery, and this task was completed flawlessly in less than a week. Any questions we email are typically answered within a day.
Positive: Up until now, my experiences with the staff have been incredibly positive. They have been both helpful and exceedingly patient.
Negative: Transferring data from our previous systems to Chronicle has proven challenging, primarily due to our historical shortcomings in mapping and managing data.
