Great app for motivating me Date: Aug 19 2021
Summary: A welcome addition to our working environment that has helped raise a feeling of togetherness at a time when we have been working remotely.
Positive: The exercise tracking and associated challenges are great for motivating me to keep exercising - I feel much fitter since we started using the app and it's helped to reduce my stress levels too as I get diverted from the pressures of work while I'm exercising.
Negative: There was plenty of good material for mental wellbeing but I would like to see even more of it being available.

Summary: The possibility of I being able to redeem my reward points not just for discounts but also for charity donations is simply amazing.
Positive: This App gamified my overall personal health management as well as the rewards for every step I take keeps the motivation high. I focus on my daily step count and exercise to improve my health & wellbeing. The App is very well designed, intuitive and easy to use, it is well supported & provides easy access.
Seamless integration with your wearable devices to track steps and start getting rewarded on a daily and weekly basis for every step you take! Highly recommended!
The challenges and leaderboard feature to compete with colleagues is a definite boost not just to my wellbeing activities but also helps from team bonding perspective.Negative: A good to have feature could be wherein I can compete on the leaderboard challenges not just with my colleagues but also with friends and family.
