We are always looking to improve, and GoToMeeting has helped us have more efficient control of video calls for business purposes. Without a doubt, it is an excellent tool, and you will not regret using it. It has many advantages without a doubt.

Positive: GoToMeeting is very effective in making communication a competitive tool for commercial purposes; I have been able to discuss business ideas, indicate what type of interaction I will have, and the schedule of the same; it serves customer support other communication objectives. The interface is fast; it has no bugs.

Negative: Although the interface is high-speed and fluid, I would like them to change the design more comfortably for the most demanding users in terms of visuals.

Summary: As mentioned, GoToMeeting may not be as familiar as some of the other platforms which perform similarly, but there's no reason it shouldn't be used. Highly recommend!

Positive: I've had good experiences using GoToMeeting for receiving technical support from my software vendors. They are able to easily access my machine (with my permission) to get issues resolved.

Negative: I do not have any cons for GoToMeeting. It may not be as popular as some of the other platforms but works just as well.

Positive: GoToMeeting has an excellent interface and is very intuitive. The set up was a breeze (it basically did it automatically) and it runs without interference with any of my other software. I especially liked the ability to take calls on my mobile so that I wasn't tied to a laptop (or my office).

Negative: It's hard to say what is not to like about GoToMeeting because I've never had any trouble or found limitations. It frankly served the purpose very well!

Summary: We have been using GoToMeeting in our organization for our team meetings. It helps us collaborate in remote locations in real-time. It has been effortless to use, easy to share the invitation, and especially having the calendar invitation capability, which has allowed us to schedule meetings with just a few minutes to spare. While discussions are in session, we can easily switch between presenters (screen sharing), among other great features. It has been implemented for technical support and works very well.

Positive: GoToMeeting is easy to use. As a host, you can share your screen, which is excellent. Its performance is stable, audio and video impressive, guest attendees. The best web conferencing option available. It offers all the basic functionality; each participant can control if and when they want to be seen or heard. You can choose to be present, representing, aside or however, you feel comfortable.

Negative: It is constantly updating and implementing excellent features. The noise suppression and displaying up to six cameras simultaneously have been amazing.
