Summary: really we are very happy with GoTo Resolve. Our IT consultant recommended it for our small org with some folks who are not very tech savvy. I'm slightly above average but this makes me feel (and look!) like extremely capable!
Positive: Simple to install on computers, either in person or remote through Zoom shared screen once you get the hang on it. Helps us troubleshoot and fix both tech and user based issues.
Negative: haven't found a problem yet. Would love to remote upload software or updates across a number of computers, or access without permission from the user.

Summary: This product is very easy to use. I would recommend if you perform troubleshooting over the phone or online.
Positive: It is extremely easy to use. It has helped during multiple service calls. It is easy for the customer to use. They just click a link and point their phones. This product has saved us so many truck rolls.
Negative: I haven't found anything I do not like so far. It is a great product.

Summary: Overall, I think it's a great product and definitely serves its purpose. The goal for using this was to decrease dispatch to our tech's, and i believe it is doing exactly that.
Positive: Super easy and convenient to use. Give me the vision to see equipment inside the customers home without dispatching a tech, which is exactly the purpose of using. I'm able to resolve so many more tickets in seat vs sending to outside techs.
Negative: It's unfortunate that we have to have the customer download the app to allow access to their mobile device. Most customer's don't want to do that, however, they are willing to just click on a link and allow access.

Summary: Love the unique design and how easy to use this tool for everyone to navigate and I like the features as well.
Positive: I like how easy to use and navigate the tool and the features are very superb which anyone can easily remember.
Negative: I don't think there is something not to like on this tool because it's a user friendly tool.

Summary: So for GoTo Resolve has been a good product for us in the IT department for remote support. I would recommend it based solely on the ease of use.
Positive: GoTo Resolve is easy to use and easy to guide end user on how to get connected. The client that can be installed on PC is great for getting connected quickly and getting information about a PC on the fly.
Negative: The client done not always work and occasionally will need a PC reboot or to just start a manual session. The product is pretty new so I imagine this will get worked out.

Summary: Ive had a great experience with GoTo Resolve so far. I really like that fact that its secure and very user friendly. We have a small team, and this product has made its way to the top of our favorite tools list. If you are on the fence, I suggest you take the trial run and see if it fits your needs. I am confident your team will find its value.
Positive: GoTo Resolve was simple and easily implemented by our small team of IT technicians and Administrators. We currently use it to provide tech support across our student body and campus locations. We tried several other solutions, that were out of our budget before deciding to go with them, and I am glad we did! The product is secure, un intrusive and very user friendly. My customers always give us great positive feedback because of its ease of use.
Negative: The ticketing system could be more robust. I am hoping they can expand on it and make it a reliable and robust ticketing system in the future.

My GoTo solution to Resolve device issues remotely! Date: May 01 2023
Summary: Overall it is a great product for a good price, for remote supporting/controlling devices, I use it to help resolve device issues for my customers.
Positive: the ease of using the desktop console app to manage remote support connections to devices is very good.
Negative: Sometimes the additional permissions required on the client end to get the connection going is a bit complex but this is out of the hands of GoTo, and part of the operating systems for user protection.

Summary: I really love using this product. Makes our lives easier here at the office. Especially with hybrid employees who need support.
Positive: Easy to use interface, easily connect directly, or via the use of a link for those without unattended access installed.
Negative: Mac connectivity issues that create problems when typing in long text complex passwords- at times the Caps lock is reverse or unresponsive. Makes it challenging when attempting to confirm changes as Admin.

Summary: Been great since we upgraded from GoToAssist - more features that just work. The remote powershell console is great, ability to create deployment scripts and set them against various groups or individual computers. The AI I am beta testing to create deployments has been mostly good, its new so am sure there will be kinks to work out, but just works as do the rest of the features.
Positive: Many new features that just work like powershell terminal, deploy applications etc, and I am beta testing AI, its great.
Negative: Not really found anything too harsh, sometimes have problems with running deployment of applications etc but nothing major.

Summary: Go To Resolve has create an easy to use remote software package. It has saved us so much time and travel.
Positive: Go To Resolve has made it simple for our techs to connect to our users for quick repairs. The user's connection/setup process is so simple and the tech can follow along with the user during the connection process. Once connected, the toolbar at the top has everything our techs need to complete their job. They have thought of everything.
Negative: The file transfer process is a little confusing and it opens a new tab in your browser.

Quickly access remote computers to resolve issues! Date: Apr 26 2023
Summary: Overall, I highly recommend this product. As a work-around for the shift issue, I have had the end-user press shift for me when needed.
Positive: It was easy to deploy and use. Remote connection happens much more quickly than GoTo Assist. The terminal access for the remote PC is a game changer!
Negative: Shift key does not always register when entering passwords on the remote system.

Summary: Excellent, I love that all my end-users can be seen in one place. I love the Teams integration, the ticketing system. I can run updates without end-users input.
Positive: I liked that the support was very accommodating for my quick timeline. It has a very user Friendly Dashboard. The self guided training is very thorough but a quick easy read.
Negative: I have not found any yet, I think it works well so far.
