    Great option for faxing

    Summary: I needed a fax solution for an office where they were heavily reliant on faxes (yes, even in 2021!).

    When I changed the printer there was no fax unit and I needed to come up with something quickly. GoFax was the pefect fit!

    At first the staff complained about the new system, but after a week they said it was the best change ever! They loved that they could just email a PDF and it would go through as a fax. They loved that inbound faxes were delivered straight to their mailboxes.

    Administation is easy - was able to create an email group, populate it, and then advertise that as the desitination for incoming faxes. The sender didn't know the difference!

    Furthermore, i was able to integrate into the scanning feature of the printer. All the user does is scan their page, creates a PDF and sends off the fax direct from the printer.

    The users love it and although we get plenty of messages about maintenance an updates, we have never had any problems using GoFax.

    Positive: Works direct from email - sending and receiving.
    Easy to integrate with our printers.
    Easy to manage online using the GoFax Portal.
    Reliable!

    Negative: No real cons to be honest. It works exactly as expected and has a comprehensive dashboard so you know exactly what the status of your account is.
