Excellent Business Communications Date: Jun 07 2023
Summary: The transition from major landline to cloud communications was seamless. Everything was planned and executed flawlessly through a local small business communications company called Teleringer that works with GigTel. Very pleased with the ongoing support, lower monthly cost versus our previous company, and essential tools (voice, fax, video) all in one place.
Positive: - Seamless transition
- GigTel support is excellent
- Base pricing is very good
- Very easy to learn - GigTel (with Teleringer rep) did quick setup.Negative: - Don't recall anyone mentioning all the fees, taxes, and add-on costs that add about 40% to the bill. Still though we are saving about 30% overall from previous company.
