Residents can control and remotely modify their guest list via their smartphone. Security personnel can access approved guest lists on their mobile tablets in real-time. Security can quickly verify the identity of visitors, take photos of them, grant access, and send a notification to the resident via mobile tablet in less than 20 seconds after they arrive. Security does not require residents to create a list of permanent visitors. Visitors are notified to residents via their mobile app or online. Temporary visitors can be added for the specified date; they will be removed from the list when the duration expires. Security will require reauthorization. You can track visitor history by date/time, which allows remote access to vendor and contractor arrivals. Security staff's mobile tablet is constantly updated by residents or by the Security team with resident approval. This ensures that guest lists are always up-to-date and accurate.
