    Great for the iPad and iPhone

    Summary: They worked really well with our system integrator and our IT team. There was a lot of questions and concerns about scheduling vendors and our staff. We used SV3 for employee access in terms of scheduling and Covid-19 surveys. Visitors and our staff seem to be very impressed with our decision. We were able to style the whole system as our own.

    Positive: They have a touchless program for iPad; they had the Apple Wallet Download, and they had an iOS App for Security Officers. I also heard they had all of this for Android and Windows... But we don't use that, but many of our visitors do... so we needed that too. I normally don't write reviews, but the support has been great. This came highly recommended from our consultant.

    Negative: Our access control integration works well, the QR codes allow people into the turnstiles, and into a parking lot. We have seen it work with other access control systems, where you can use the QR code where it can be used from your smartphone. With our installation, our access control could not accommodate that function. Once we upgrade, I think we will have it all working.

    Great for the Lobby and the Loading Dock

    Summary: Everyone in the office and at the loading dock appreciate the end of the dueling calls and emails. The product just makes our operation better and we finally get to know where and when the suppliers are coming and going.

    Positive: The vendor portal for the vendors, the COI management and the approval process was simple, and our suppliers were up and running pretty quickly. The mobile apps are pretty easy too. I am looking forward to what they will think of next.

    Negative: The merging of the vendors works but could be a better. The text messaging was great, but sometimes, I get too many.

    Summary: I know they are the kind of company that make many accommodations. They have been great with us and our clients. The integrations all work and they go above and beyond for everyone. I would highly recommend their solutions.

    Positive: The product had all the features we needed including an integration to our access program. When we asked if we could connect it to a kiosk and use it to create our own email, it was perfect.

    The team has worked with us on a bunch of projects, and they have been great.

    Negative: We have different documentation for various types of guests. SV3 sent all the information and we get all the signatures; I think it would be great if there was a deeper search function.
