Summary: It's great to focus only in your tasks and not in how to handle the software, I tried to use another applications and lost a lot if time figuring out how to use the app instead on focusing that time on my task.

Positive: Works on all OS, easy to use and great user interface, it's my first project management software and I was capable to print a great Gantt graphics, fits the page very well, let you keep track of activities assigned to team collaborators.
Projects prints looks great as a delivery document. Being a cloud service means no software upgrade needed or more installed apps on my mac.

Negative: No cons so far, maybe just pricing per year instead of per month.

Summary: I had good times with GanttPRO. Will use it in the future

Positive: It is a great product for project management. I used it for timeline management and resolve conflicting or bottleneck time sequencing issue. One thing I liked best is that the tasks will automatically move along timeline (forward/backward) if you make changes to some sequentially critical tasks. Brain-power saver.

Negative: Not very colorful but appearance of less importance. GanttPRO is professional-looking.

Summary: Use a lot as part of course work. Very user friendly. No issues initially - easy to learn and use. Accepted tool with submissions. Easy to share with others. Don’t need to be an expert with computers to use. Would recommend to others who need to use can’t charts for project management use and for course work projects in general. Can see using this going forward in work place situations. Easier to use that Microsoft project. Best software for charts and project management that I have encountered. I would highly recommend it for others who Need a quick and easy tool.

Summary: I highly recommend this online tool. Not only can it be used for traditional projects in which Gantt charts are a necessity, but it can even be easily adapted to other kinds of projects, such as a PhD!

Positive: I am currently a PhD student and wanted to see if could apply some of my project management knowledge to this long educational process. I am delighted to answer yes! What follows are features I’ve used and particularly like.

• Easy toggling between different project views (hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)
• Ability to assign workload (time estimates) to different assignments and have it calculate at the bottom to tell me if I’m trying to do too much one day or week.
• The ability to easily set different task types, though the most common one I’m using is Start to Finish.
• Export feature which allows me to easily print and share my timeline with my chairperson
• Tech support is quick to respond via online chat or via email, much appreciated!

Negative: • Perhaps having an iPhone or iPad app could be interesting.
• I would love to see each row numbered down the left side of the screen, kind of like an excel spreadsheet does. (NOTE: They do offer a “Workload Breakdown Structure” feature that is somewhat similar).

Summary: I was finding for the best drag-and-drop Gantt Chart tools on the Internet. Among all the tools I had searched, GanttPRO delivers the best user experience. Linking the schedules is convenient and easy. The UI is clean and easy to understand.

Positive: - Automatically changes the schedule from year to months
- User-friendly user interface
- Drag and drop timeline

Negative: Unable to display Gantt charts of different projects at the same time.

Summary: Good software and upgrades. Schedules can be easily updated - to create task dependencies and priorities.

Positive: 1. You can compare the original schedule with the actual schedule at each stage of the procact
2.Unlimited viewers can be invited by sending URL
3.The resolution of the schedules can vary from hour to year
4.The software has fast and available support

Negative: a mobile version is needed

Summary: I was looking for a project management tool for quite a while. There was always something missing in a tool I found. I found Ganttpro and it seems like the best for me. It is not very complicated, quite intuitive I could say. It is easy to use it even if you don’t have a lot of background as a Project Manager. Visualization in the form of a Gantt Chart is super. Linking the tasks works great. If you are not sure, just use the free trial option and check by yourself, I think you will not be disappointed. I recommend using it on a daily basis for your projects.

Positive: I like the possibility to manage resources in a project. That helps me to avoid situations of overbooking someone.

Negative: I don't like that I cannot display two or more projects in one Gantt Chart at the same time.

Summary: GanttPro continues to be a software that I love using and it continues to provide a good and worth-it experience thanks to the way that it functions and the way it allows for the management of planning and creating task hierarchies in the projects, it is a tool that becomes very helpful when you are doing a lot of tasks and do not know where or when to start working on certain tasks, this allows you to have more organization and have your team become more responsible and hand in everything when it is due, no more late projects and no more rushing to finish anything, because this software allows you to go at your own pace and complete everything at the right time. I think that it is a very easy to use solution that anyone can use and integrate into the business, and I think that it is able to handle multiple projects at the same time without it feeling too overwhelming, with the right organization of the gantt charts, it can become a software that accompanies you every time and helps finish everything successfully; for me, it is solving several issues within my business that we did not know how to fix, one of them being the efficiency in which we finished everything, we used to lack a lot on this area but we don't anymore, and a lot of the credit has to go to the implementation of a software that can help with that, in this case it is GanttPro.

Positive: What I like about GanttPro is the multiple features that it contains and the amount of tools that it has under one single platform that performs very good, it is a tool which main feature is the ability to create Gantt charts and visualize all projects and tasks on them, I have to say that Gantt charts are my favorite way of managing projects because I think that they are very intuitive and help understand the cycle of the project and all of its stages, as well as seeing the entire team and the tasks on them, it is a smart way to get a very clean picture of what is going on with each project. That being said, GanttPro is the perfect solution to build these type of charts and make them look extremely beautiful and totally functional, with their different views and ways to customize the entire management of it, it is specifically created to save time and start working on the project right away, being able to break it down onto different areas and get a better focus of the entire theme and tasks.

Negative: I think that GanttPro is a software that does not have many downsides and the ones that it has it works incredibly fast to improve them and provide newer updates with more functional tools, right now I wish the calendar view was more customizable to be able to choose the preferred one, it is not as intuitive as I would like it and the scheduling option also does not work how I would like it to, with more customization options this issue could be resolved quickly. I have also experienced difficulties customizing the charts once the project becomes too big and there is much information, I would love to see automation tools being added to help organize the charts for bigger projects and provide a helpful hand to save time and to still be able to have a clear view of everything.

Summary: Over all it's a great experience! I am using the tool for my final-year project! I like the flexibility of this application. It has lots of features that are very useful!

Positive: The application is easy to use, and easy to understand. I liked how it helps you to set the timeline for the project by detecting the last date of the last task. Having the flexibility of adding multiple tasks and milestones is great! Enjoying it.

Negative: -Would be nice to have color options for the task, sub tasks, and milestones
-Couldn't find any setting for keeping track of the week number of the project. On the top, it only shows the calendar week numbers. Would be nice to have the option to see the week number of the project on the top
-Would be nice to have personal preference on how to view the timeline. (The board on the right) For example, if I am selecting months view, there could be an option to select which month to which month etc.
-The dependency feature seemed little complex.
